Always fun!
With the exception of the young man working when I went to check in for our 5:28AM tee time (perhaps not a morning person... Not at all a company man), we enjoyed a very pleasant round.
Too many tee times
If you have tee times every 6 minutes, the course will be stacked and even pros can't make that work with carts. Fewer tee times so a round doesn't last 5.5 hours. There were multiple times 2 or 3 groups were waiting on a tee box. This was also a weekday. Stop scheduling 6 or 8 minute tee times. You get more money but it diminishes the experience and dissuades patrons. I only chose you because you were the only time available and I regretted it immediately because I knew what would happen.
Enjoyable round
They're doing a nice job maintaining the course. Greens, tees, fairways are all in good shape. I;ve played here a dozen times or so, and it's never been in poor condition.
4 sets of tees, so just about everyone can find challenge.
Dry from the heat
Good round. It was after a senior scramble so there were a lot of groups stacked up. The course is still in good condition given the heat. Keep filling in those bare spots.
Just Okay
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Tee boxes very hard and very uneven. Bunkers terrible shape mostly.
Overall course needs attention.

There are a few rough spots and a few bunkers that need to be considered GUR.
Improved Pace of play
Played in 4:15 minutes. Huge improvement for a weekend day tee time.
Several bunkers still unplayable, but a steal for $30. Also, greens were amazing and fast.
Great Day at the Course
Course was in good shape, the weather was good and we had a great round.
