About
The standard 18-hole Green Tree Golf Course keeps in mind both skilled and inexperienced golfers. This public course has tight fairways lined with trees and greens of Rye Grass. The longest tees have a yardage of 5709, playing to a par of 70.
The golf course has three sets of teeboxes to provide an interesting game. There is also a driving range and practice green for beginners or those that would like some practice. The course is accessible from many major roads such as Routes 30 and 40 as well as the Atlantic City Expressway. The first shot is a difficult par-4 dogleg right that has water, bunkers, and heavy forest to look out for.

Tee boxes and fairways we're rough but greens were ok. Worth the money.

Paved Cart Paths Finally!
Since they have paved the cart paths the course has improved immensely. Still an average public course and it holds quite a bit of water in certain places but the price is right and it is somewhat tight and challenging.

Ok, Cheap, Public course
Greens were in good shape. Tee boxes and fairways very average. Overall for an inexpensive public course it’s not bad. They didn’t have a water fountain or any water on the course, which was not helpful on a 90 degree day

Good Value
The course is short in length. Tee boxes not great, but greens were in good condition. There is a grass range to warm up. It is not a difficult course. There are better courses in the area but not at this price range. For the money you can't beat the value.

Improvements Done
Many improvements since last year. Cart paths all blacktop, new pins, rakes.

Friendly golf course
The course was laid out with natuarl hazzards. I respect golf management when they work around nature. We all have to share this green earth and animals should not have to move out because we want to play golf. That is with the exception of snakes. *lol* The course was mostly a flat terrain and easy to do a good course management. When we come in town, my wife and I will play this course again.

Fairway and rough
fairway had some brown patches , no grass, and too dry

Green tree
A lot of fun very tempting to go for the green on short par fours. Plenty of trouble if you miss dogs lefts and rights water hazards also. Tee boxes need a lot off work ( cut some trees back to get some air and sun). Will play again cant beat the price.

Surprisingly great value. Course is very nice.
The layout was very nice and challenging. The Par 6 3rd hole was very interesting. Overall, very well manicured and a fun course to play. Big value for your buck.

Awful condition. Can find better courses in the surrounding area for around the same rate. The greens were the only part of the course in good shape.

First impressions matter
I arrived at 7 for a 7:45am tee time. I was 1 of 3 cars in the lot. Noticed a guy pulling out carts. He said the boss would be in at 7. Told him it was after 7, but ok. The boss seemed to show up about 7:15. I went in at 7:25. I told him
I was ready to go and asked if I could fly out in front of everyone else. Was told no and to come back in at 7:40. No offer of range balls, or why I need to come back inside 5 minutes before my tee time. Meet the other 3
Players for the hot deal and went in after them. The boss told me to pair up with the other player. Asked to pay a fee to ride alone.
The 2 positives I’ll say is greens were nice and quick. Noticed some aeration holes on a couple greens but rolled true. Second, new cart paths have to be better then anything they had before.
Fairways had to have 5 different kinds of grass in them. In ok shape. Rough was rough and needed a cut in places. Bunkers a little damp from overnight rain, but we’re soft an playable. No rakes to be found.
At 5500 yards with a 660 yard par 6, you know there are a few short par 4s to play. Most seemed to be on the back 9 and we’re extreme short doglegs.
I got my logo ball and can say I played. I do not see me returning or recommending to anyone. Mostly on first impressions.

Short par fours dog leg
The 1st hole dogleg right 175 to dogleg ,many par fours dog leg. The 3rd is 600yd par 6, water across and left, concealed by fescue. loads of creeks, ponds fescue . The fairways tree lined tight, tricky course, needs patience, not many drivers needed.

. Pace of play was horrible as there was points where we were waiting with other groups at holes to tee off. Besides the awful pace of play the course was very nice and had an interesting layout. Would recommend this course to any decent golfer,
