About
Meadows Golf Club in Lincoln Park offers a casual and enjoyable round for players of all skill levels. For more of a challenge, golfers can try the blue tees while the white and the red tees are more forgiving of errant shots. The course sprawls across mostly flat terrain but there are a few subtly elevated greens to contend with. The layout is situated amidst native wetlands, which come into play on many of the holes. The back nine is more challenging than the front, with the toughest hole being the par-5 13th. At 455 yards, it's not a long hole but there are two large fairway bunkers and an elevated green that is surrounded by even more sand. The best view on the golf course can also be enjoyed from the middle of the green on this hole.

This course is too dangerous. Be careful, we saw balls coming at us from everywhere

The course needs to have a ranger out on the course.
2 things.
1. We were 4 groups behind 4 walking men that were too slow. We were slowed by this group and there was no one on the course from the clubhouse to tell them to pick up the pace or to even skip a hole. We could see by the time that group was teeing off on 16 there was no one ahead of them on the 16th, on the 17th or on the 18th. the whole day would have been much better if the course monitored the pace of play.
2. There were no distance marking on the course. Someone could place them on each hole or on the cart path in less than a few hours. No excuse for no markings.

Fivesome
The course played nearly five hours. There was a fivesome in front. We called they said that should not be. But then did nothing about it

Fair at best
The course conditions here have improved, however there is plenty of room for improvement. The greens were so heavily sanded and aerated that they were hard and slow. The tee boxes were hard soil as well. The fairways are pretty tight with frequent interference from other golfers chasing their balls. Generally speaking the course was fair.

Dog track
No senior rate on Fridays while playing hole number seven staff member firing gun to scare geese. Course in terrible condition greens are horrible no.off course amenities

Great Track
Fairly short course, with water, we’ll placed traps, and doglegs strewn about adding to the difficulty. Played 18 holes in 4 hours on a Saturday morning. Great pace of play.

No complaints
Always avoid time. Greens are in good shape and the owners a great guy. Not the longest or most challenging golf course but thats not really a bad thing. Good place to have a good time with the boys or just for some practice.

A value course ok for the price
The front nine gets a little confusing on the layout . The fairways seemed to close to each other. The back nine was a more conventional layout

good to have a swing - a lot of water
Good value but does get boggy due to it's location. Greens much better than some of similar price.

GIVE IT A CHANCE
The people at this place are always extremely friendly. It’s currently under construction, but completely playable, and always a good time. Give this place a chance to do it’s renovations, it’s going to look great once it’s all done. Great course got the boys and some brews

good value
The course is relatively straightforward though there is a lot of water - often hidden.!
Fairways are mediocre and could do with more consistent cover - it is easy to get a bad lie on a fairway :(
In the main though it's a good track and challenging for most.
Personal recommendation - don't put the pins right at the front of the greens.
