Meadows Golf Club
About
Meadows Golf Club in Lincoln Park offers a casual and enjoyable round for players of all skill levels. For more of a challenge, golfers can try the blue tees while the white and the red tees are more forgiving of errant shots. The course sprawls across mostly flat terrain but there are a few subtly elevated greens to contend with. The layout is situated amidst native wetlands, which come into play on many of the holes. The back nine is more challenging than the front, with the toughest hole being the par-5 13th. At 455 yards, it's not a long hole but there are two large fairway bunkers and an elevated green that is surrounded by even more sand. The best view on the golf course can also be enjoyed from the middle of the green on this hole.

Great layout for interesting golf
I loved the course layout with interesting golf shots throughout. Good for both walkers and riders (we had both in our foursome). Food afterwards in the cafe was very good, too. I recommend bug spray lots of annoying bugs and some mosquitoes but was tolerable.
It's a short course with uncut tee boxes
I wasn't expecting the length to be so short. I wish "Executive Course" was in the description. Not many average size par fours.
Tee boxes are unkept, fairways are not much different than the rough. There was a mosquito problem on the course - I got 20 bites on all limbs, neck, etc.
I won't be back.
Overall
Good layout was very wet in areas need to raise the course up about 2 feet away from the standing water way to many wet areas . Greens where good , tees boxes need some work again raise them up out of the water . And the bunkers not great rock hard . Needs more TLC the course but would play it again liked the layout and some rally nice holes .
Nice course
Place looks good. Def knocked some trees down and looked good.
Uuuhhh
What just happened….. 11:20 tee time already behind. U don’t lose balls here, they get stolen. That’s what happens when u hit a good drive. It seemed to be busy for a random Tuesday.
I occ come here bc tee time availability is good and the players aren’t scratch players so takes some pressure off. Bartender made me a couple good drinks!
Awful
Wow. Where do I even begin? If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to tee off from a mud pit and play 18 holes in a swamp, look no further. The tee boxes? Just mud. The fairways? Wet, messy, and barely playable. And yes, they’re actually charging over $80 for this privilege. Incredible.
As a bonus, I figured I’d grab a drink at the clubhouse to salvage the experience—only to be served a beer so flat it could’ve doubled as tap water. Impressive.
All in all, it was a masterclass in how not to run a golf course. I won’t be back, but hey—best of luck to anyone who thinks this is worth their time or money.
Good value.
Course was in good shape given the amount of rain we've had. Staff is awesome. Not a long course but a good course to play.
