Meadows Golf Club

About
Meadows Golf Club in Lincoln Park offers a casual and enjoyable round for players of all skill levels. For more of a challenge, golfers can try the blue tees while the white and the red tees are more forgiving of errant shots. The course sprawls across mostly flat terrain but there are a few subtly elevated greens to contend with. The layout is situated amidst native wetlands, which come into play on many of the holes. The back nine is more challenging than the front, with the toughest hole being the par-5 13th. At 455 yards, it's not a long hole but there are two large fairway bunkers and an elevated green that is surrounded by even more sand. The best view on the golf course can also be enjoyed from the middle of the green on this hole.

Fun day
The Meadows is a fun course to play, especially when the cost is low, $37 to ride.
Tee boxes are in bad shape and they aerated the greens way too late in the year, still plug holes on all of the greens. All in all, still good to be out there.
Ruff ruff
At the price I paid I’m still barking. 140
For two. W cart. I’m most upset by being over charged When Mother Nature is your superintendent( duirg a drought ) a premium price is not fair. This is how you earn this type of review.
I’m on golf now to find good value for my dollar this course is a dog track
Good course for the money w open tee times
Pleasant reasonably priced course not pristine w some fairway weeds dirt and tee box weeds dirt but able to move ball to better grassy areas which predominate. Greens were just aerated w bumps as expected. This course is reasonably priced and allows a nine hole rounds and almost always has times available which is great for last minute golf decisions. Could use a Porto John or two out there which is more of a problem for the ladies, Men can just just use the woods if necessary. Most of the ball cleaners were somewhat dry, and some water out on the course would be nice esp in the heat of the summer.. Easy to accommodate for these various shortcomings once you know what they are.
I will happily golf there in the future my rounds at meadows are mainly a very enjoyable experience.
it could be good
it has a good property it has nicely designed courses but the tee boxes are non existent and the fairways are rough. if they invest to fix what they have it could be great
Not Bad 😊
Course has been unplayable in the past but I was was pleasantly surprised to find it in pretty good shape. Greens were a little slow but in good shape. Price was right, nice day of golf.
good for the price
It's close to home, it's good for the price, and I think it's a challenging course.
Great time
This is a good course. Some of the tee boxes could be better but I like playing this course.
Disappointing visit to an old reliable
We have Played the Meadows over 20+ years and new ownership. This course gets a lot of play. The new management has cleared much of the tree and vegetation overgrowth. The issue is the fairways and Tee Boxes are in disrepair. Most fairways have dirt patches and no sign of reseeding. Many tee boxes were under repair and temp boxes moved way up. We walked the course and the price point is too high due to course conditions. Presently this course is a last resort play.
Tee boxes were not in great shape. Some it was difficult to even put a tee into the ground.
