Really enjoyed the course
Nice course really enjoyed it. Nice 3s and doable 4s and 5s. Great course if you want to improve your game. Only thing was no one course cart for refreshments.

Pheasant golf
Slow- Slow- Slow . Started 20 minutes after tee time reservation. Tee times 8 minutes apart which is not good when you know there are groups ( members) playing 5 -6 golfers in a group who were hitting 2 balls each on several holes . There wasn't anyone from course out trying to move these golfers along. 6 hour round on a Tuesday morning ? Unheard of anywhere else .

Good condition
The course is in pretty good condition considering how early in the season it is. Staff is always friendly.

Overbooked
We went on a beautiful Saturday and the tee times were separated by 2 minutes. Naturally, four golfers swinging once each takes longer than two minutes. We each had to wait a good 10 minutes each time before hitting the ball. Took almost 6 hours to get done the round. The course layout was okay, but if someone else hit the ball off their fairway you better duck cause that balls coming your way. Maybe if they separated the tee times by 10 minutes it could have been a better day.

Nope
$70. Nope. 5 1/2 hours. Group behind us hit on to the green while we were putting (not ‘rolled up,’ actually bombed us and left a ball mark in the middle of where we were standing), had another ball fly THROUGH THE CART. Layout on front is beyond dangerous. You drive up towards one green directly in front of the next tee box where the group ahead tees off directly at you.
That said, greens were in great shape, tee boxes were okay. Fairways were dry and packed.

Keeps getting better
The course conditions were excellent. The greens rolled well. Tees and fairways were fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great day.

well maintained but overbooked
THe course is doing nice things to improve course conditions. cart paths are being repaired and course and greens greening up nicely. Now the bad, Do not book a tee time on Fri afternoon in NJ. After a 20 min. delay to tee off @ noon on Par 5 1st hole our foursome encountered 4 foursomes on 2nd hole par 3, what- 30 min. later we played 2nd hole. Unacceptable! Pace was 2-10 wait on each tee box thereafter. 5 1/2 hours for a easy slope 123 course. Not sure if this is the courses regular MO or not. Amenities are okay and staff is friendly.

The course was over booked, play came to a stand still on almost every hole... please don’t over book it will drive players away.
