Friendly Play
The club and grounds staff are very courteous and professional. All new cart paths under improvement. Many obstructing trees removed from course. Green side bunkers under upgrade. Overall Golden Pheasant is in the best condition for play in all the years I've been playing there. Kudos to Mr Cave for making all of the needed improvements.

Good Course, Good Value
Course was in good condition. Staff is very friendly. Many of the cart paths have been freshly paved. Good course to play and good value. I recommend playing this course.

Upgrades
Were replacing and widening cart. Tee boxes and greens in excellent condition. Greens very roll able but fast.

Don’t waste your time or money
Horrible club. Facilities are old run down and the pro isn’t a pro at all. . Don’t waste your day - go somewhere else.
Fun at the Pheasant
Great course! Well kept, challenging greens, challenging layout but not overwhelming. Little pricey for a public course but an overall pleasant, fun day at this course.

Great course. Very senior friendly tees. People were nice. Prices moderate. Played 8 times during 2020.

Best value in area
Like playing three courses, a mountain course, a woods course and an open course. Always in great condition and a fair test. I always enjoy a round here.

I like the course, but...
The course. The conditions are currently above average for South Jersey. The problem is the 10lbs of poop in a 5lb bag volume of players. Too many groups on the course. Pace of play would have been over 5 hours if we played the 18 straight through. We played the front nine twice. The first time it took us over 2.5 hours. The second time was about 1.5... And the problem they’ve had for years is the cart paths. They soooo need to be replaced.

Love the Pheasant
Our Group of 20 golfers play all around South Jersey.
Some Delaware and Pennsylvania as well.
Out of all the courses we play, Pheasant is our Favorite.
It starts with the Staff. Brian, Brad, Malcom, and the rest.
Their outings are Top Notch Fun.
Course is well kept and challenging with the elevations.

Great Course/Cart paths need work
The Course was in Fantastic condition and the staff is always friendly. The only thing this course needs is to redo the cart paths. There are a few hole where your cart gets on a 45% sideward tilt going down hill with lots of humps and bumps. Must Fix ASAP.

Fast Greens
Greens were like putting on a pool table , very healthy , cart paths could use some attention / great layout- challenging yet rewarding

No pace enforcement
Delayed by about half an hour, to boot, a group in front riding with kids literally sitting on the greens, there needs to be pace enforcement on a busy Sunday

Nice surprise
Never heard of the course before booking today’s time. Greens are in excellent shape and rolled well. Overall course is in excellent shape particularly this late in season. We’ll be back soon and often.

Fun course - good layout
First time playing here. Great course layout. Fun, interesting holes.
Starter told us literally to “hurry up” before we had even teed off and before it was even our tee time. Then he sent out five groups on top of each other but he never kept pace of play. Everything got jammed.
Other than that it was a great course and a great round.
