I understand there was a frost delay that pushed my round back 1 hour. No issue with that at all. My issue is the front 9 took nearly 3 hours due to the group ahead of us being behind the group ahead of them by 1 1/2 holes. It also does not help that on the 231 yard par 3 that once the group gets to the green they should allow the group behind to tee off. There was a 3 group back up on that hole alone. In the winter people should play ready golf. Only got 9 holes in very dissatisfied.

The course was in excellent condition. Will definitely play this course again love the layout and a nice challenge

Pennsauken is a relatively short course played on two sides of a highway. They have a good mix of short, mid length and long par fours, the par fives are on the short side and most can be reached in two with a good drive. A good layout that will let you use all the clubs in your bag. The bunkers have a good sand in them. The greens were slow but roll true. The distance between tee boxes makes it easy to walk. There is no driving range. There is an adequate pitching and putting area. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do have Rangers out on the course to keep pace of play. We played the course in four hours. There was a beverage cart making the rounds and a restaurant for after the round, though with Covid I’m not sure whether it was open.

Pennsauken is a solid local, public course if you live in Philly or Jersey. it is almost always in great shape with nice fairways and good greens that run pretty true. It is walkable and although its only a par 70, has a good mix of longer par 4's and a couple fun par 3's.
