Challenging course but not impossible. Fairways and greens groomed well. Bunkers were in top shape. Tee boxes need work though. There was not a level box on the course. Even when you teed it it would be above or below your feet. All in all good experience. I feelthe oeiginal price is a little high for the public but that is why its semi private.

The course is welcoming for all different players. We played on the white tee, the course was still very long, but not too long, thus I could challenge the course a little. The green was very well maintained. It was very much different comparing to public county courses.

I highly recommend anyone who wants to feel a course like where professional players play, it can be a course that we can try first.

Hit off early mid week. Course is very lush despite the drought conditions. Greens are a little slow but the layout was quite interesting. I have tended to play nearby Blue Hill but now prefer Rivervale. More open but still can find trouble. Water comes into play quite a bit and some tough holes such as 9, 10, 14, 15... Had lunch afterwards in the club...

This, along with New York Country Club, is a course I play quite a lot. They're both decent layouts, well tended (in the main) and well run. Staff are friendly and helpful and they're both very reachable from Midtown and the UWS.

Course was in good condition considering it has been recently aerated. Greens a bit slow but the aeration had more to do with that. Fairways good and round went quickly. Very hot so it was good that we didn't have to wait.

Honestly, my rating would be higher for this course for people more skilled than I. Not a long course, but narrow, which makes it a challenging play. Place is impeccable. I played in around 4 hours, mid afternoon. Never pushed, never waited. Good bar, friendly staff. I'd have to straighten out my drives, though, to really enjoy it. Big hitters would hit a lot of wedges.

Limited cart access to at least half of the fairways is very aggravating.

What a course for the money. Water and bunkers for those who need a challenge. Greens are true and tee boxes are immaculate. Worth the trip.

To place country club in your name I expect more for $90 round. Greens were terrible, crab grass everywhere, I will not be back. Disappointing

I have played this course many times. Usually very busy on the weekends but with that said they do a good job with pace of play. Never a five hr round here. The layout is decent and challenging. The greens are usually in good shape but the fairways usually could use some attention as well as the tee boxes. They have put some money into the course and it shows. Couple holes are almost always cart path only. Staff is friendly. They keep raising the rates though.

Challenging, beautifully manicured and excellent conditions

Avery helpful and welcoming staff. Course was in excellent condition with great greens that add that last challenge to each hole. Most of the fairways require a high degree of accuracy and good course management. This was a solid golf experience.
