Deerwood Country Club

Greens are challenging as you won’t know if it will play fast or slow. The 2 par 3’s in the woods are like carpet, but I understand they are in the process of removing a fungus and encouraging growth. Course overall was good, and pace of play for a Saturday wasn’t too awful, but still over 4hrs- more like 5. 68$ for a non-member on a weekend is pretty good pricing now-a-days. Yes would recommend.

Booked this course with GolfNow on a Thursday afternoon. Attracted by the rating and since it’s a country club. Course is very nice surrounded by nature and beautiful homes. I had a good time playing golf from the tee appropriate for me. A couple of greens had sand and grass quite different from the others which made me lose a few puts. Other than that the course is in very good condition. Afterwards had a shower at the nice and classic looking locker room.

Great track and in great shape as well. The only drawback was the fungus on 12 &13 but it looks like they're working on them. Looking forward to playing there again.

First time playing, course is in nice condition, besides the 2 par 3's that are back to back. Those two holes need the teeing area and greens to be in better condition. They are working on them. Besides that and a group somehow jumping in front after we turned for nine, it was a great round.

We are playing match play enjoyable day couple little hee cups guys ahead of us we’re teaching. Someone how to Golf kind of ridiculous …guys behind us hit up on us three times.. then we put an end into that.!!! I need a Ranger maybe no big deal. Just don’t wanna get hurt out there withm guys hitting up on you…..

They have made incredible strides here. The course is in very good condition compared to what it has been the last couple of years. Tees,fairways and greens are very good except for the two par 3’s in the woods. The greens are on their way back but still automatic 2 putt and go. Pace of play wasn’t to bad considering they don’t have a starter, ranger or a golf professional on the premises.

The course is in great shape, however no starter, so everyone tees off the min they can. Plus no Ranger to been seen. Had to call the club house.

Please get a proper starter now that you’re back!

First time playing here. Had a great time and the course conditions were in great shape, except 2 par 3 in the back 9 that was a little rough. The pro shop guy was one of the best I’ve encountered. Friendly, helpful and happy to be there, the rest of staff was also great! Will definitely be back!

This course was excellent, the greens was in good shape. Hole 12 and 13 are getting better.

Place is in great shape the two greens that were top dress are getting a lot better. We enjoyed our day. The only thing is we were replacing other Peoples divots in the fairway maybe needed range to double check what these guys are doing. Why would someone take a big divot and not replace it.! ? My playing partner asked the car guy about how to fill up a little jug of water before we tee off. I guess he wanted water to wet his golf towel to clean his clubs after shot.s The guy was rude and said the cart girl .. you’re not gonna buy a bottle of water to clean your clubs ridiculous. Just struck me funny…

Besides 2 holes, everything was in fantastic condition. Greens were really nice. 12 and 13 are back to back par 3s, and look to be heavily neglected. The rest of the course was so nice, that I'm not even mad about it. My only other gripe I could think of, would be that there was no fill on the carts, or at the par 3s. Everything empty, but I guess that's on them.

I played here once last year, and it was still coming around. I'm amazed at how much they've accomplished since then. I will be back!

Golf course was in pristene condition except for the 2 par 3s on the back nine.....hope they get that figured out soon otherwise a great round at a great price on mon and tues!!! the course soaked up ebery bit of rain and was wery playable

Some of the greens were sooooo atrocious that i cant believe they were that bad! 2 of the greens look like the rough they are theee absolute worst greens in the country! You will NOT find a course with worse green s than 2 of the par 3s on the back 9! I mean baaaad! Super hairy like rough n patches of sand and bald spots! Its was disgusting! $67 to play that is robbery! Just sell the place to someone who respects golf and playing conditions.

Loved every hole layout, only complaint was a couple greens were very sandy. Otherwise the greens rolled great and had minimal damages, fairways were gorgeous. Gotta keep it in play so higher handicaps will not flourish here, specifically into greens. Usually won’t spend more than $45 for a round so finding a good deal with this course is a treat. 8.5/10
