Terrific course
This course is in pristine condition. Fairways are great and the greens are rolling perfectly.
Great golf course!!
It was my second time playing there. The first time was early this year right after the greens were punched. This time, the greens were healed and rolling perfectly. I putted horribly, but it was lack of skill and not because of the quality of the surfaces. I love this course. Will definitely be back.
Great course
Not as good as it once was but still great especially the back 9. Greens were in great condition. Driving range and practice greens were open. Some college kids in group ahead were taking their time so had to wait every hole after the 3rd.
Great Muni Track - challenging layout!
Would 10 out of 10 recommend. Played Friday at 5 PM and was able to get through 15 holes until I got caught up behind a couple foursomes taking their sweet time…
All in all a great course and I really enjoyed the layout, I will definitely be back to play again. The conditions were top-notch for muni course (i’m not sure what people are all wigged out about in these reviews, except for divot mark marks on the green which are obviously out of mgmt control).
It’s a challenging layout requiring you to be able to fade and cut to get on green in regulation. The range is solid and there’s also a decent size putting green and a chipping green nearby.
Spook Rock
The only issue playing on Sunday 5/29 was the pace of play. It was a 5 hr. 20-minute round which was way too long. Course was in great condition, and it is a very good value for the $.

Very nice municipal course. Definitely recommend it for the interesting holes and very good course conditions.
Disappointing
Have played here in the past and loved it. However, was shocked by how bad of shape it was in at this point in the season. Pace of play also unbearably slow. Probably won’t play here again
awesome layout
loved it, will tell everyone to play here. Layout was brilliant. Each hole is constructed to attack in different ways depending on your game. If there wasn't the issue of the GW bridge getting back to NYC, I'd play here all the time.
Course was in very good shape and the pace of play was quick. Excellent value for this type of course.
