Always good
Pace of play usually pretty solid here, even today in one of the nicest days and a packed course we still finished just over 4 hours.
Greens are nice, was a lot of garbage floating around but that's more on the people playing than anything else.
One of my favorite courses in the area
Great Time
Fun course to play. It has it's challenges but isn't overwhelming.

Crabby rude starter
Watch out for starter rude to you if you’re not a member or doesn’t know you. Thinks he’s god. Been playing here for years always good with staff but new management is hit or miss. Was considering getting associate card but group running course not all no thanks. No need to give attitude to golfers who aren’t there every weekend not good way to bring in new members
Challenging, but fair
Spook Rock has been in great shape. Greens are well kept. Many sand traps and I seemed to have found many. Will play better next time and not go for the sucker pins - live and learn. Overall open course. Wide fairways, so hard to loose balls. Pace of play was reasonable. Course has been full most days.
easily walked as not too much elevation change. Exception is hole 11. A wicked downhill to blind landing area. Watch out for groups in front as you can't see them well, but there is a bell the group in front is supposed to ring, as well as a mirror for seeing (didn't work well for me) players in front of you.
Be cautious here and make sure it's clear before hitting.
nice conditions but no thrills
The course is fine in good shape with slow greens. It is ok but not noteworthy. No hole stands out.
U got a golf now deal so the price was low For their regular price with cart here are better options. The pro shop staff were very helpful

Excellent course
First time at Spook Rock and will return. Course was in great shape all around and very much enjoyed playing here.
I haven't played this course since the 1980s.
I used to play Spook Rock back in the 1980s , and have been trying to get back ever since. Being that is a towns / County course tee times are very difficult. Finally got to play today. Course was in excellent condition, staff was very friendly and it was well worth the wait. Can't wait to come back again.
