Course was good for the most part with area that were soggy. Greens overall in good shape .

Hot day at Dunwoodie
Great warm up facilities and friendly starter and clubhouse personnel.
Biggest issue was no water on the course or cart person coming around. Luckily survived the front 9 to make it to the clubhouse for refreshment.
Enjoyed today's round
We like Dunwoodie. Good value. Some very tight holes and hilly in spots, plays longer than the stated yardages. Electric GPS carts are a big plus. It was a little muddy in some spots. They turned on the sprinklers but at least advised us when they were turning them on.

Difficult terrain for walking,
grass long, difficult to find your ball..

Fun Course
Overall the course is very short, played from the mid-tees, specifically the front 9. Had to hit irons off many of the tees but it does open up more on the back 9. Many holes are also very narrow requiring good placement with your shots.
Greens were fast even playing at 9am, which I like and they rolled very true so I made a lot of long putts.
Overall, a fun course and can see why it’s so busy. Good facilities as well.
It's not easy to find the ball on the fairway and worse in the long grass
I went on a bad day(fathers day)
At my 4 pm tee time, there were 6 carts ahead of me. Two parties of 4(all friends) had never played before and combined into a group of 8. In violation for the rules, they brought their own beer and left a trail of empty cans all over the course. No ranger in sight to help us.
We quit after 9 rather than continue to follow them.
Disappointing afternoon
We teed off 25 minutes after our scheduled tee time with no explanation or apology from the starter. Pace of play was extremely slow on the front nine and only slightly better on the back, after two groups ahead of us quit after nine. I generally enjoy playing this course but not so much on this day.
First timer
Really nice course for a public course. Ofc I didn't expect the crowd on a wed morning but the back 9 was a breeze.
Different challenges on front & back 9s
The front nine is very tight and you could easily go without using a driver or three wood for most of those holes. There’s a little bit more room to miss on the back nine.
You can definitely walk this course since it’s barely 6000 yards and the hills are mostly on the front. Nine conditions were fine on Memorial Day and for a place that must get a ton of play. It was in good condition.
Back patio area overlooks the 10th tee and the bar inside was well appointed and quick to serve at the turn.
