Almost
Took a chance with the near 100 degree temps. Had a 1:48 tee time and staff sent me right out. Sped around in @ 2:30, and that was with being held up by a threesome on the final 4 holes (nobody in front of them.). Lots of hydration and a wet towel saved the day because it was like an oven. Shot an amazing (for me) 38 on the front nine. All aspects of the course are in very nice condition. I’m still repairing lots of ball marks on each green. Wish people would be more diligent.

Great experience
First time I'd played here and was very happy with Dunwoodie. Front is pretty tight, but back 9 opens up quite a bit. They are doing a great job maintaining the course, and I'm really picky about course condition. Greens rolled very well, tee boxes were pretty good, and if there are any bare spots in the fairways I didn't notice them. I'll definitely be back!

Great public course with challenging layout
Great time playing today..highly reccomend that you keep it straight and you will shoot low. Beautiful views and very friendly staff!

Close gem for NYC golfers
Just played with a friend who is use to playing private courses. He was impressed. I like the pace of play and the layout. The driving range is great and I often go just to practice. Easy drive from UWS!

In great shape
I've heard a few ppl complain about the course, but they haven't played there in awhile. That was the case with one of my buddies I've been trying to get to play there. He liked it a lot! If you haven't been here in awhile, check it out. Ive liked this course since I started 3 yrs ago and have been enjoying it tremendously. It's in great shape. Weekdays are the best times

Fun Course
It was a busy, beautiful afternoon that seemed like it was a slow fun round. When we finished we realized we finished in 4 hours and 5 minutes. Not bad at all!!!

Tight
Yes, Dun can play a little tight and we played from the backs. First hole is short. I rarely use more than a 6 iron and I have a hundred in from there at most.The greens ARE in good shape and we just started playing them down so while you might get some funky divot lies, all in all the conditions were nice. Nice course with some interesting holes. Grab your clubs, tell your wife you'll be in meetings all day and play!
