Wheres the investment
If you can get this for under $20; OK. If a fairway or green is not in good condition with all the rain & sun we have had, it will never be. Needs work to thicken the grass and get rid of the dirt patches.
It was alright for the money
It was alright for the money that I paid ($19 per person with a GolfNow reservation), but that should definitely be the everyday price. I know it's late in the season, but you could really tell the course was struggling in places and the greens are fairly beat up. Overall, for the price it worked out good.
Side note: I suggest talking some jerky in the bag though, as after nine, it's a mile back to the clubhouse for a snack and a mile back to ten tee. This seems like a design flaw, but just warning so others plan ahead.
Good narrow course
This was my 13 yr old sons first time and he loved playing here. It was his 3rd time ever playing
Fast weekend round
Had a good time, played thru a few groups as a single, whipped right around on a Sunday! wow. less than 3.5 hours was great. challenging for a shorter course from the Blues.
wet day
course was in good shape but due to rain and lightning the course had to close
Been playing here 10+ years.
I played this course 5 days a week in high school. It's much better now than it was in the early 2000's BUT the cart paths are AWFUL. it's like driving with only three tires. I'll play again but orobably walk.
Confusion on the course
The couse has a very poor layout. You have to keep your head on a swivel because a ball could be hit at you at any time. Course conditions were poor but the greens were ok. Will not be back.
Is that the fairway?
The price was right, because I feel their normal prices are too high. I hadn't played there in a few years and I remember it fondly. Oh, was I mistaken. The fairways were horrible. The worst fairways in the St Louis/St Charles area. It reminds me of the old St Charles course, except the old course was always that way and you knew what you were getting into with it. This is way over-priced for the bad fairways. Just not a good trip to St Peters.
Poor grass
I know it's early in season but I felt like I was hitting off dirt the entire day. Fairways are in rough condition, I actually started to try to hit rough because it was better than hitting off dirt. Greens were ok though.
Raised rates for what??
Worse condition of any place I have ever played. Do not pay $36 to play there.

Overall great course. I would strongly recommend this course to a friend.
Course is in good shape
There has been a lot of noticeable improvements to the greens and tee boxes.
marking fairways on doglake right/left on unseen greens.
the course needs to mark to path to next tee. better
good glof course
I had a good time playing there.
My friends and I plan to return there to play.
Hidden gem.
Tucked away right next to I-70 in St. Peters, Mo., is this very well maintained friendly tract you can easily play in 3 to 3 1/2 hrs. Tree-lined, tight, lush fairways, and soft receptive greens make this a good choice. Bunkers are well kept and offer a challenge. Will be back!
Pristine Greens
Course is in excellent condition. Greens are firm but also receptive. Tee boxes are all great as well, except for one on the back 9 that was pretty bumpy. Greenside bunkers are actually raked and playable. Some drainage issues in a few fairways as seems to be typical for this course, with a some standing water.
Overall a good course, though rather short. Rarely need to use the driver, even from the blues, which does force you to be able to put your long irons in play off the tee with water hazards often coming into play.
This course was a great 9-hole course
Unknowingly, our tee time was immediately following a tournament. The wait at each tee box was extensive and any rhythm was unattainable. The course is well maintained but poorly design with tight fairways facing each other, and dangerous cart path approaches to two of the holes. An 18 hole course that was originally 9. Should have left it as it was. The challenge is not in the lay of the course, but in avoiding balls coming from every direction.
This course is a confidence builder.
The course was slightly over priced for the condition and the layout. The biggest drawback of the course is the tee box location in relation to the fairways of other holes. I heard fore yelled more on this course than anywhere else I have played since I was a kid. This course is not horrible if they charged between $18-$20 for a round. Comparable to paradise valley and sugar creek.
