Pevely Farms Golf Club

Played on July 5th. The course was in perfect condition. Even though they had almost every tee time booked, the pace of play was fine. Perfect day to play a great course!

Packed in too many players so pace of play was quite poor.

Course was in excellent shape except the sand traps. Sand was hard and crusty.

Course is in good condition, greens were terrific and balls rolled true. Challenging layout, some number of sidehill/downhill lies even in the fairway. Fun and more interesting than many other tracks. Great value if >$40, average value if higher price.

wish the green speed was a little faster. Other than that this is a fun and challenging course.

Great clubhouse. Driving range and putting green available. Great tee boxes, fairways and greens. Nice sand bunkers. Never a flat lie. Be sure you are comfortable hitting shots above and below your feet. Enjoy.

The course was in amazing shape. Will definitely play here again in the very near future.

This is one of the best kept courses in the St. Louis area. The greens are fast & smooth. Tee boxes are like hitting off carpet. I did not like the fact that we had to walk to every ball because it was cart path only, However it did take 31/2' of rain day before. course drains well & no need to play ball up like some courses because the ball is always sitting up anyway. I would definitely rate this course excellent.

when you think of Pevely Farms you think of a quality golf experience and you get it.

Absolutely beautiful. Great course...very friendly. Hard to be much better. You won't be sorry playing this course.

Pevely is one of my favorite course in the Saint Louis area, along with The Bluffs and Tapawingo. It is the cheapest of the three and you are able to frequently find good discounts on Golf Now. The course is moderately difficult with plenty of blind shots and usually causes a decent number of lost balls and penalty strokes. The layout also requires you to be smart about your tee shot, especially on some of their doglegs. High risk, high reward for aggressiveness on the last 5 holes. I am between a 14-16 handicap and I usually shoot between a +16 to +22, counting all penalty shots. Bring plenty of balls, because it can be easy to lose them, especially in drier conditions. I would definitely recommend the course to anyone who is tired of playing the typical flatter courses that Saint Louis typically offers.

It is very expensive golf course. discount green fee?

The course was well maintained, but very challenging. We never hit a shot from a flat lie, and were challenged to use every club in the bag. Very interesting layout, and the uneven greens made putting the ball close very difficult.

Since it was Sunday of Memorial Day weekend & it rained a couple times it took 6 hrs to play; not the course's fault just slow play, delays & a lot of play. Nobody fixes ball marks.

Course was in really good condition for the most part. Unfortunately a number of the greens were riddled with un-fixed divits. Still a great course in great condition.

The course could have been above average but the bunkers were in an unplayable condition.

This course has wide fairways and large greens and is very scenic. The golf carts were new and had GPS for distance to the holes. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. The course is generally a little expensive, but with Golfnow.com it was quite affordable. I would recommend this course to anyone and play there again.

Well lets start with the staff easy to work with. I didnt like how only people that were left there working was the cart boys and if u need help with something there not the ones u want to talk with if theres a problem. The cart girl came round once really they leave by 330 come on now the day has just began for some golfers. Thats not late. The round was bout lil over five hours. Lets see course looked really nice people need to learn to take four seconds to replace there ball mark mainly par 3s. All and all fun course tough shots pretty fast greens.

Wet, soggy, windy day. Cartpath only, so it took a bit longer to play than normal. Beautiful and challenging course under any conditions. Greens have not completely recovered from spring aeration. Lots of undulation aroung the course, which is part of its challenge. Give it a try, and enjoy the scenery as you go around the course.
