Pevely Farms Golf Club

Playing a late round was a little of a disappointment. The pace was very slow and even showing up early we ended up teeing off almost 25 mins passed our scheduled time. We had a threesome and found ourselves waiting quite a while on each teebox. All together the course wasn't bad but I think the staff had already taken off for the night by the time w arrived.

This is one of the nicest courses in the area, but the greens were in worse shape than I've ever seen them. There were a few greens that had large patches of no grass. The fairways and rough are in the usual stellar shape.

The course played great it was challenging without being overly difficult. The only complaint that i have is there were a lot of divots on the green that had not been taken care of.

The course is very fun to play, has plenty of ups and downs, and plenty of doglegs. Greens were in great shape, and fairways were cut great. Didn't like the fact workers were cutting the fairways and greens while playing, and its not worth the full price their asking, but thats what GOLF NOW is for. All in all i would deff play again.

Course is looking fabulous. New sand in the bunkers. They look perfect.

This course is a great course in the Eureka area. Not only is it challenging but the layout is interesting as each hole is different. If you want a nice relaxing round enjoying the scenery, this is place to play. If you want to play a fast round, however, this is not the place. On a busy day, rounds can last over five hours.

Pevely Farms is an absolutely beautiful course with pristine conditions. A bit expensive, but if you've got the room in the budget, Pevely is definitely worth the drive a bit outside of the STL area. The staff wasn't particularly friendly though (felt a little stuck up), which was a little disappointing.

For the money we paid through last minute golfer I could not have imagined how great of course this was and how challenging it could be. I would expect to pay much more.

Course was in great shape. Play your tee shots right and watch for subtle slops in fairways

Played this course on 7/25, beautiful afternoon, and the pace of play was 4 hours
There are places you need to place your tee shot, so playing a second time would definitely change some shot selections

tee boxes and fairways were in great shape but the greens need some TLC as a lot of people have forgotten how to repair ball marks

This is a must play course - the views are wonderful.

The course is challenging. The staff is friendly. Some frequent customers are a bit too stodgy and need to move on.

Course was in good shape from tee to green. Greens definitely need attention. Very soft and cut high. Hard to get a feel with it rolling very slow. Many ball marks not repaired!

This course is very well maintained; the fairways are clean(it's like walking on nice carpet.), the rough is well managed and not patchy. The greens are pristine and have challenging hole locations.

Overall an above average course. Fun to play, decent condition other than almost every green was littered with ball marks. Was as bad as I had ever seen and was strange considering the rest of the course was in above average shape. Luckily pin placement seemed to be designed to minimize putting over the worst problem areas.

Had two in my group so got matched up with another pair that spent most of their time looking for the balls they hit out of bounds. When they started to affect the pace of play the marshal complained to me and was extremely unfriendly. Understand he was doing his job, and this is the first time I have been in a group with a "pace problem" so I don't know how it is normally handled, but he was condescending and rude. Other than that the pro shop staff and beverage cart staff were great.

Greens were very spotty due to unrepaired ball marks, a shame since the course was in pretty good condition otherwise.

A great place for an average Joe to enjoy a high quality course without getting beat down to badly. I particularly enjoyed how spread out the course was. The secluded nature was nice. Greens were immaculate - and fairly fast.

I played with three friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon at Pevely Farms. The course was challenging without being too difficult to enjoy.

This is easily the best course I've played all year. The staff was friendly, appreciative and accommodating. This is truly a links style course. If you hit fairways you will be rewarded. If you're in the first cut you have a fighting chance, but errant shots will find you in "British Open" style rough and/or O.B.

My only criticism is that the greens had a number of ball marks, that made for difficult putts.

And this is largely a commentary on the clientele and not the groundskeeper. I was taught to repair your divots, I guess others around here were not. I believe they are aerating the greens soon which should rectify this problem.
