Great place to play
Great place. Got backed up on hole 10, club attendant let me play front 9 again. Much appreciated!! Super nice staff
In good condition
grass very green, and the greens were in good shape.
Quirky track you learn to like
Short layout (5000 yards from the whites) situated over rolling terrain. Comfortable carts with GPS. Fairways and tees in nice shape and freshly cut for our round. Greens on the slow slide and showing symptoms of a lot of rain that fell the last couple of weeks. Friendly staff and the course is not usually full. We had a "slow" foursome in front of us but ended up finishing in under 4 hours.
Although the course rates as easy on the card you are forced to make quite a few decent shots throughout the round. Greens can have some pretty sizeable contours that reward well placed approaches and penalize ones that miss. Biggest negative are a couple of holes on the back nine that are "quirky" at best. #14 is a blind 220 yard tee shot straight into high tension power lines and #16 calls for something like a 180 yard iron straight off a cliff - hit a good one and you still might not find it. But overall the course is worth the price of admission.
Pleasantly surprised
Golf conditions were very good. It’s clear that the owners are putting money into course to improve playing conditions.
Descent Course
Course was in good shape 2 of the holes on the course are a little odd but I enjoyed my round. Beautiful views! Staff was super nice as always. I will come back.
Great course for walking
This course is always very well kept and they always get you out on time. Smaller course but great for walking and has plenty of scoring opportunities. Not too much trouble off the tee but will challenge you to hit good approach shots.
Great course
Amazing little course to practice on. Was in good shape all around.
Just Okay
Very friendly staff. Very slow pace of play. 3 carts 5 people ahead of our group of 4. Ranger finally approached them at 18. Even though they were very slow, it was a crowded day so jumping ahead may not have been significantly better. Front 9 was decent but the back 9 holes were rather odd
Overall not a terrible day, but there are several more nicer courses at that price in WNC. Hats off to the staff though! 100% just my opinion.

The course was in exceptional condition. It’s a neat little course to play. It’s fun and it has all kind of different opportunities and short par 5s. On the backside, there’s one hole quiet unusual with powerlines and poles affecting your Ball flight.
