First time here in many years. Greens and fairways in very good to excellent shape. Spotty areas in the roughs in places. Staff was great. Course was still very wet from heavy rains but playable. Would recommend.

Fun course, challenging pin placements make for fun approaches, friendly helpful staff and beautiful views. You will get to enjoy amazing Mountain View’s from a cove in Maggie Valley. Only complaint is pace of play is always slow. Highly recommend especially in Spring and Fall.

Great day, perfect weather and a fast pace. Perfect with the exception of just having the greens punched, pretty bumpy putting. Know it can’t be helped, still a great day.

The course is challenging for the average golfer, and some great views especially on the back nine. Pace of play was good on the front, but backed up on the back. Greens were freshly punched and were very rough.

Course played on 9/12. First, course was recently sweated and the greens are rolling horrible. The issue is no warning on Golfnow, I’m fed up with this and not just this course. Aside from the greens many tee boxes were in terrible shape and the course has a lot of weeds. I played here and enjoyed it so this was not what I expected today. I’d give them at least a month to get things back in shape.

Course was in excellent condition and chamber of commerce weather... awesome beautiful course!

Typically, it's a very well maintained course/greens, but greens were struggling due to a summer's long heat/humidity, excessive storms, and lots of play, and this course holds water due to literally being in a valley.

The stronger greens were as good as always, the weaker greens were not. The going rate is $125-160ish, we did not pay that, but would have been pretty disappointed if we had, given the current conditions, So, I was generous with 3 star rating on "value for the money." In its prime conditions, spring and fall, it should be a $100-$125 course for tourists max, and should be $75-100 max for locals in order to earn 5 stars on "value for the money."

Had a really good time as always played the course.

Some of the tea boxes were a little rough, but the course was in good condition. Just wish people would fix their ball marks. Will be back.

Everything great except for getting paired up with hacker. Dude was so bad sort of ruined the day.

Decent course with good conditioning. Nice views of surrounding mountains. Worth the drive if you can get rates $60 or less. Not a $100 course.

The course was in great condition. The fairways were plush and the greens rolled true. Not too fast. Pace of play was very good.

2 golf worlds on one course. I really enjoyed the aspect change between the two. Course knowledge would've been a plus but with the GPS provided the course was pretty much in front of you. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Course was in great shape with a few exceptions. Very much looking forward to playing this course again the next time I'm in the area.
