Oaks Country Club

Oaks CC is a beautiful Private club in Tulsa you may not have heard of and one of my favorites to play when I am in Oklahoma. The course is hilly but walkable no long walks between greens and tees. The routing is phenomanal the par 3's are all different yardages and typically require a different club for each tee shot. There are 3 par 5's and each one is fun and interesting from the reachable 3rd, the mind blowing views and tough to hold green at the 7th and the roller coaster ride that is the 16th. Oaks has nice mix of short and long par 4's and finishes with 2 of the most stout par 4's you will find. The course was in great shape and has almost completely bounced back from the freeze of two years ago. the Greens are bent grass and were in great shape rolling about 10-11 I would guess. The clubhouse is impressive with nice views from the patio and good food. Pro Shop is well appointed with a good selection of Mens and Ladies apparall. expansive grass driving range with indoor stalls for winter and chipping greens. Everything about this club is nice but not over the top. Highly recommend playing if you get the opportunity
