A Russell Breeden design, The Landing at Pleasant Point features rolling fairways and spectacular views. One of its main draws, however, is its price tag: It's one of the most affordable golf courses in the area.

Normally in good condition, it's a golf course that will reward accuracy and punish shots of folly; it's not too hard though, with a moderate 130 slope rating from the tips.

Nature lovers will enjoy the wildlife on the golf course. You'll see plenty of critters wandering about, and perhaps even deer or alligators.

The coarse is in good shape. Fairways are pretty good and the greens are in good shape. Greens were a little bumpy due to aerated a few weeks ago.

Could have been better

The good parts. The greens were in good shape and except for a few the fairways were good.

No water on the course was a killer

The pro shop person acted like it was a bother to check us in or answer any questions. When I asked about ice he said the machine has been broke but was working now. But he did not think there would any ice—could not bother to look

Also the cart paths disappear and you get to guess where to go.

Overall layout of the course is great. Fairways are a little hard to hit off of since they are so hard. The greens still need a little work. Overall not a bad course to play.

I’ve played here every June for the last three years while on vacation. The course condition has improved each summer when we’ve returned. This year was the busiest yet, however pace of play was good and staff were excellent. We have always enjoyed playing here.

Great Course with a great variety!

Played this course about 3 times. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Greens are in great shape. A few tough holes but a great layout. My favorite course in the area. Wish we lived right next door!

Fun and frustrating course

Lots of elevation change, dog legs, and blind tee shots to make it a thoughtful round of golf. I only hit driver a couple times. Greens roll true. Great course. I live in a different state but I would play this course again

The Landings

Nice la,out. No rain has made conditions a bit rough..but a great deal so we endured. Lots of wildlife on the course due to man, holes with water.

A very public type course

The fairways were thin to no grass at all

Greens were OK but not great

Tea boxes were fair

They must not have sprinklers. It’s a decent layout, but horrible condition.
