Meadowbrook Country Club

Overall, a beautiful course with a great pace of play.

Fairways in great shape. Some spots on greens but generally rolled nicely. Played midday during week and cruised. The cart paths and amenities need upgrading.

Course was in GREAT condition (tee boxes, fairways and greens). Bunkers needed a little work (ruts, mud and water). Fast pace of play (finished in less than 3 hours). Staff was very nice (checkin, starter, water and ice outside of clubhouse and water coolers on course). Highly recommend and looking forward to playing it again.

I'm tempted not to give a good review so others don't look times here so I can play more. :-). But the truth of the matter is it's a steal. The course is in good shape. And the staff is always very friendly.

This course is always a treat to play! Fantastic conditions and pace of play is great! Friendly ProShop staff and Scott Brown & his grounds crew keep this Richmond gem in awesome shape!

Good layout and well maintained. Old style with wide tree- lined fairways , lots of undulation in fairways and greens.

Greens were smooth and a little slower than previous rounds Rough was deep and penalty as they should be.

Great traditional country club with great amenities. Staff is superb and very friendly. Boxes, fairways great condition, greens and a little bit of care but roll fantastic. Of course I would play over and over again just so well kept and challenging for mini box

The course is a classic tree lined layout with a mix of narrow and generous fairways, multiple tee boxes and well protected and approachable greens. Golfers on the course were great. Two areas for improvement is to improve the upkeep of the greens and have some food available at the course . Too many sections of the greens had burned out or rot from mold. The greens on the back were better than the front. No food or cart person on the course not even hot dogs. Ran out of Snickers. Par 3's are very picturesque .

Played a high school, 9 hole match years ago at Meadowbrook. Loved it then and had to come back to enjoy a round of 18 as an adult. Tricky and thick rough but that’s fine. Overall enjoyed myself and had some nice moments of nostalgia as well.

The fringe of the greens weren't in the best shape, but very solid, pretty course. Been around a while and is where Bobby and Lanny Wadkins played growing up. Also, one of the guys we played with hit a hole in one!
