Nestled in the foothills of eastern Ventura County, Tierra Rejada Golf Club is known for its picturesque setting and stunning views. The club overlooks the Reagan Presidential Library. Tierra Rejada is unique in that it offers a formidable test for low handicappers from the championship tees but it is also accessible to mid and high handicappers thanks to the Players Course. The 5,600-yard Players Course is a "course within a course" that was designed to keep the game fun for golfers who may not be looking for a tough test. Even though it may be shorter, both golf courses still provide a challenge. There are plenty of ups and downs throughout thanks to the rolling hills and there are a variety of hazards coming into play including water and strategically placed bunkers.

This is a nice course, but a difficult one especially the front 9. Elevation changes, long carries off the tee boxes and a few blind shots will test you. The practice facilities are nice, it’s a clean and well kept property with beautiful views.
This was my first time and I played solo. It was a hot day so not very busy. I eventually caught up to a group ahead and waited a bit on the tee boxes for the last 5 holes, but I still finished in 3hrs.
Had I not putted and scored so well on this day I might not be so happy to review it. The greens were true and quick and the fairways and tee boxes were in great shape. There is a lot of opportunity to lose balls here and go OB. I played driver once in a mindful effort to keep the ball straight and in play.
I’d seen this course in my searches over the years, but I made the 1hr drive because of a great GolfNow price together with 25% off. It’s not a course for the faint of heart, so I’d have to be in a mindset to be really challenged, I wouldn’t play it for a casual round of golf, but I would play again.

Great value
Hot deal time at 2:4940 finished in 3 hours 50 minutes. Course is in great shape. Greens were perfect, extremely fast. Tee boxes were average, some uneven lies, fairways had good coverage, sand traps were perfect. There is a lot of elevation change on the first 11 holes with many blind shots on those holes. I definitely recommend it and will play again.

Course is in good condition
Used to paly this track reguarly before 2018. It was always a challenge to play, narrow, hilly long! But the fairways on some holes were like a rock. Now it seems they water the courseand fairways are much improved. The course in places was even lush! Greens were tough and no one fixes their ball marks or rakes the bunkers. That seems to be a sign of the times and lack player respect. Course is much better cared for than I remeber, i am impressed.

Good place to golf!
The pace of play was great … we finished 4:15 hrs..which is perfect.
Course was in decent condition. We were golfing with a regular who mentioned it is getting better. Greens were in great condition.
Layout was great and fun to play. It is challenging but forces you to focus on your shots.
We’ll come back again for sure!

Greens were in good shape, but the fairways were thin in many places. Front nine always challenging. Was a little windy out of the west making some holes play a lot longer.
