Though it wasn't raining when I started, 5 holes were cart pat only. Within three holes I was sitting in my cart waiting for the rain and thunder to let up for my next Most of the holes on the back 9 were playable despite the downpours an I finished the front nine to complete my round as probably the last on the course for 18 holes in a little over 3 hours despite the weather.

The course was unplayable due to heavy rain. You could tell maintenance team was been unable to properly mow course for I assume several days due to poor drainage. We were constantly looking for golf balls in the fairway. The course could be a very good course to play if course conditions were better. The course really should have been closed and should not have accepted play on the day we were there. .

Although the course was suffering from great rains that kept play at cart path only and didn't allow for fairway mowing, the layout made up for the disadvantages.

I didn't expect much from this course, and even with the lowest of expectations, this course failed to meet them. The course has received lots of rain, but that doesn't mean crabgrass should be popping up everywhere on already dreadfully shaggy greens. The poor condition of the greens was matched by the awful fairways. They appear to be cut with dull blades, poorly adjusted on mowers with indifferent operators. The long, shaggy fairways were unevenly cut with many places missed entirely. The staff members were polite and friendly.

Played many, never there. Course was in great shape. A little wet after raining Thursday for 14 straight hours but still nice. Staff was great, a couple of wish they could be golfers held us up to a 4.5 hour round. All went well. Def will play again.

We played here last Sunday after reading good reviews. After the round, we think the reviews are either written by owners/friends or people writing them have never seen a 4/5 star course and this was their first time. Seriously, we paid almost $50 for a course that is in horrible shape. Greens are weed infested for starters. Anyway, my recommendation is that you stay clear of this course.

A fabulous golf course located just south of Cape Canaveral. A challenging layout, very good shape, well maintained, Employees are very friendly and helpful for new golfers. Very much a recommended golf course if vacationing in the general area and well worth a few miles off the beaten path.

I've been playing this course for 20 years. Haven't played since last year, and apparently this course is under new management. The title of my review contains the word "dogtrack" and it is certainly fitting for the shape this once nice course was in. Weeds on the greens, bunkers poorly maintained, bare spots galore, fairways brown and bad despite rain every day. If you can get a discount on Hot Deals and don't mind playing the worst course in the area, knock yourself out - BUT be warned that it is in terrible shape. Play somewhere else

New owner is continuing to make some improvements. Course is in best shape in four years. I would join again if it was a little cheaper than the current rate.

Staff is Awesome, as always !!

Course leaves a lot to be desired, very eclectic design, interesting layout, Fairways and Tee Boxes were spotty at best and Greens were not in the best condition, often changing the way they played from Hole to Hole.

I do like the course, very challenging, especially only playing a few times a year, I’ll def give it another shot.
