Superstition Springs Golf Club

I am an Arcis Prime Member that pays monthly fees- I really enjoy the convenience it provides EXCEPT when scheduling at Superstition Springs - all the other courses are GREAT. I had a 6:44 am tee time scheduled, showed up and they moved it to 6:52 am.

Big deal? Not really- but no explanations or apologies- just expect me to move my tee time. Principles and leadership accountability - none for this place. I like Bill, always a joy to see him before teeing off- he is not included for this poor rating.

Been here 3 times in the past 2 months, and it's been 5+ hour rounds. The full team leaves before 2 and leaves some poor kid to deal with the slow rounds. Great GM and friendly staff but absolutely would avoid it if you can. To many other places nearby for the same price that don't lie to you.

Grass was thick even in the fairway resulting in slow play and lost balls. Greens were furry and not playable felt like putting on carpet. Not good!

Always love this course. Like the changes being made!

Greens were not in great shape and rough not maintained.

The condition of this course was absolute hot garbage. They can’t use the excuse it’s summer in AZ, when I play every weekend and this was the only course where you wouldn’t fairway and couldn’t find your ball. The mud, overgrown grass was out of control. This was my least enjoyable outing the last several years. Never coming back again and telling everyone to avoid this course. I left after hole 11.

This place is great all the people that work their are so friendly and outgoing, I would of gave a five star but #2 was shortened for repairs,I would definitely play here again!

There is an unpleasant odor coming from the stream along some parts of the course.

Extremely friendly staff, very good course and green conditions, compared to many other courses in AZ right now. Only one or two fairways in punched condition, but again, compared to most courses right now, this course was in the beat condition.

Greens are still bumpy from being punched but they're almost back. Some of them are torched around the outer edges.

Most fairways are playable. Some are still in bad shape.

A twosome finished in just over two hours which was fun.

If you're a "stick," go to Grayhawk. If you're a higher handicap or someone who isn't boujee about the game, this is right up your alley for $36 on a Thursday @ 524am.

Course condition and greens were some of the best for the area but course holes are not appealing to the eye. Hit good drives and leaves you with silly layup shots. Just don’t like the course layout
