Course is always well maintained. Fairways are lush and green. Greens were recently aerated but rolled well. Just a bit slower than average. The trouble is mostly around the greens as many are elevated. Poor shots around the greens could roll down into lower areas. Only water is on 18. Green on 18 is difficult if shot not near the flag. You get a drop on the other side of the water if your ball lands in the drink.

From tee to green the course has very few bare spots. Some of the tee boxes could use a rest but overall this course is much better off than other courses in the area. The first time I played here about a year ago the greens were lightening fast currently the greens are much more enjoyable and putting isn’t impossible. I very much enjoy playing here and I appreciate how well maintained the course is.

This layout is challenging if you’ve never played this kind of golf. Played here a couple dozen times over the years. What should be an enjoyable test to your game becomes a frustration. The greens have issues. It’s the same kind issues going back months. Thought I would give BB another chance since I last played there in early March. It’s not improved much. Buyer beware.

Greens need a lot of attention. There were spots that were sand and they have several different types of grass growing on their greens

The course the man’s good golf in order to score well and I love that!

The course keeps improving here after year, so I’m happy about that!

And I love going there because all the staff are professional make you feel at home!

So I don’t think you can ask for much more than that. And that’s what keeps me coming back, so I’ll be back again.!

I have to say I do love that golf course! Every time I go in there, I feel really welcomed and taken care of! It plays, puff, tough, but it plays fair and I love that!!

Me and my girlfriend went and played today. Really enjoyed the golf staff the golf course and we had a great day together so what more can you ask for?

Course was in playable condition but this is no 4* course. 3 star certainly. Greens were ok. Fairways coming along. Tee boxes ok.

Played on a Tuesday morning. Earlier comments here are very accurate regarding course conditions. But I wanted to add a couple of comments.

1- there are zero amenities here. No yardage screen, no towel, no water on course. That said - they still have ball washes and most holes have nice hole map on marble.

2- I've been golfing for 35 years, and this course had the least stress of any I have played - not easy, just not stressful.

Pace was great, less than 4 hours. However the greens were slow and bumpy, difficult to play when frustrated by hitting a good putt that bumps off line.

The course has wide fairways but small greens. You better have a good approach shot.

Even given drought conditions in the area, the course conditions were well below average. Greens on the first nine were covered in weeds, greens on the back Lane were oddly spongy.

The course has an interesting layout with a lot of Rolling Hills that favored your shot rolling into play. The fairways condition are fair at best and the greens were very very small not very smooth. Keeping a ball on the green was difficult because of the slope of the edges. When you putt your ball it would hip hop along the way to the hole. The sand traps are terrible and steep to get in and out and rough around the edges.

This course was once beautiful and green. Rough is nothing but weeds. Some greens there is no grass.
