The Country Club of Mount Dora

Book through golf now. After driving for 1 hour, I was told that they don't deal with golfnow. No tee times available. Wasted a whole saturday. All golfnow did was refund and gave me 3 certificates for hot deals in the afternoon. I never can get a hotdeal in the afternoon. A waste of my time

Drove 45 minutes to this course. When I went to check in I was told that we didn’t have a tee time because this course stopped taking reservations from Golf Now a month ago. Showed them my prepaid receipt from the week prior when I paid for a Hot Deal. No tee times were available and I was told to take it up with Golf Now. Buyer Beware

Do not use Golf Now for the country club of Mount Dora. They will not honor your reservation any longer. Golf Now has not announced that they no longer except Golf Now so you will have to apply for a credit.. and then the golf course will charge you full price.

course was well conditioned. starter very friendly. nice layout

First time playing, lots to know about this course. Would love to play again now that I know what I know! Loved the course!

This is the first time I played here. Greens are beautiful and quick. The staff was awesome including the starter Al. Gave us a lot of info and details on the holes. Definitely coming back!

Challenging layout in great condition. Easily accessible off of 429. About a 30-45 minute drive from the theme parks area.

Played at 2:00, which dropped price to about $40. Better course than other Florida courses I’ve played that were north of $80. It’s a really nice course with many extremely challenging holes.

Tee boxes and greens are in great shape. The fairways are also in good shape for the middle of winter in Florida. We started on the back nine, and the starter left us standing on the par 4 No. 10 while he went looking for a foursome that was supposed to tee off before us. We waited for about 15 minutes, until the group ahead of us had finished the hole and moved on. Still no starter. We were already on the green when the starter finally returned, still without the foursome, and berated us for teeing off "out of turn" and without his permission. I'll gladly listen to a starter when he is actually doing his job, but no starter should hold up anybody because a scheduled group wasn't there on time. Had we waited for the starter, we would have been two holes behind the group in front of us and holding up yet another group. Some radio or cell phone communication between the starter and the clubhouse also would have been helpful.

Staff was terrific and the course was in good condition. The greens were great, rolled quick and true. A good variety of holes

Fun golf course

Greens are small so iron play is a premium. Nice course layout. Course was in very good condition. Staff was AWESOME!! Driving range was not good. Water balls

Range is not good. Staff is great. Greens are small and very nice. Good layout. Good value for money. Went to downtown mr dora afterwords.

The greens were by far best I have played in Lake county in the last few months. Got paired up with so great guys to play a round with. We'll definitely be back very soon!
