Zellwood Station & Country Club

After booking a tee time using an app, I was told upon arrival that I had to be back in 30 minutes. Of course , one would question why a tee time would be available if it only allowed someone 30 minutes to play a round of golf! I was then questioned by the clerk about my thinking in selecting a late tee time. I chose the tee time because I’m on vacation, and the tee time was available. Sorry to be such a burden to your establishment.

Tees, fairways, greens all in good condition. Good layout, elevation changes. Staff friendly. If you hit outside of fairway, expect dirt or weeds.

Course is in good shape but pace of play absolutely terrible. Waiting several minutes on every tee box people not ready to hit sitting in their carts.

We play here every winter and this was the best I've seen the course in several years! The fairways, tee boxes and greens were very good; the rough and sand traps were averge. Will play a couple more times when back in January.

Lots of washed out areas, sand is all over the place. Greens are ok but barely, they are trying to improve. Still a good layout and fun shots to play. Get it at discount, if you can.

Fairways wide open and in good shape. Greens are super fast , grass in poor condition they have just been seeded. We were attempting to putt on 3 holes when the sprinklers came on, very poor timing. Are the sprinklers on a timer? If they are some body should be on course to turn off when players are on the greens.

Course was in good condition if you are used to unlevel t boxes and greens that need some tlc. Overall for $25 for 9 holes is well worth it.

We are on vacation and arrived nearly an hour before our tee time to chip and putt. The guy checking us in wasn’t able to find our tee time in some book they have. We were in there computer and I had the confirmation number. But it was like they didn’t want us there. This process took nearly a half hour and he was answering the phone and helping other customers even though we were at the front of the line. They charged more than what was quoted by GN.

Then the course was so backed up that we didn’t get out until 1/2 hour past our tee time.

Had I not prepaid for part of it through GN and had time to go somewhere else. I would have left.

Beware of the Crater Corner from holes 12-16! Very fun course for a good price!

Greens are in great shape. Lots of slope, probably too much for the average hack like myself. But a very beautiful layout for central Florida with all the hills and craters.

Solid course for solid price nothing fancy great staff

Course was great, challenging but great shape, greens were awesome and really fast, lots of undulating putts to deal with. The only issue was the greens wouldn't hold a well hit fairway shot in, not complaining, that's part of it. It took me a few holes to figure that out. Will certainly play there again.
