The course has been under repair with Temporary greens. Now it is back to actual greens, which are soft, but they need the rain, which is finally here. The restaurant this year, Bonnie Jeans, is excellent. The Proshop and cart staff are very good.

It’s better and seems to get better every week. Praying for the greens to smooth out.

Have played here several times on the front nine we have temporary greens, which are by the way more portable than the back line finish greens. The back nine creams do not roll. They bounce I think eventually it’s going to be good but they really need to work on getting them smooth out as I reiterated before. The front nine temporary are easier to put then the back nine.

Others have remarked this, but there’s so many temporary greens and it feels like false advertising that this is a real golf round. There was no disclaimer about the temp greens when I booked my round or checked in at the clubhouse. What a shame because if somebody put money into this thing, it has so much potential.

First of all, I wanna say that there’s been a great improvement to the course. The fairways are in good shape. The greens though temporary roll very well but the new greens that are growing were really bumpy and thick. I think eventually this course will turn out to be an excellent place please keep working to make it better.

15 of 18 greens under repair. Temporary greens carved into fairway weeds. About 6 holes with no grass in the fairways, either disease or no water. For $30, it’s okay for a beginner. Experienced golfers it’s a let down. Won’t go back

It’s a shame that management company can’t get it near right. 3 greens I believe were open. The rest temps! Many on backside are close to being ready for play. Fairways and teeing areas are poor with few exceptions! The layout is quality, the course is terrible and still over priced! Many fond memories there.DISAPPOINTED

Although the course is still a mess, it is showing signs of improvement. The team is repairing the greens and fairways, and the temporary greens are much better than a month ago. It’s still has a long way to go, but the price was right. If you just want to play a round of golf in a beautiful setting, give it a try. The team is obviously trying to repair it. Watch out for fire ants!

I don’t think they have access to lawnmowers or grass seed. Course is a total loss wouldn’t play it if they paid me. Voted one of the worst courses in the country for a reason.

The greens are still not ready for any serious play. It was a frustrating day trying to put on the temporary greens. The traps were in good shape but the fairways less than average conditions compared to other area courses, I will wait until the green upgrade is complete before playing this course again.

Too many temporary greens. They do not control tee times. No starter. Free for all. Pace of play. Super slow that day.

Not good temporary greens on 16 holes fairways no so good either. Course needs a toal revamp

Tee boxes are bare, temporary greens made in the fairways not much better. No way you could seriously play this course in the shape it’s in. I quit after 8 holes. Don’t waste the fuel to drive there or the hot deals money to play it.

Sometimes you drive an hour to go try out a new golf course. And sometimes you learn you don’t ever wanna play there again.
