About
Rosedale is a true challenge with its great layout that winds through naturally wooded terrain, verdant environmental preserves and shimmering lakes. Each hole presents a new look and a different challenge. Fairways are beautifully maintained and can be tight. Designed by Ted McAnlis, Rosedale features his trademarks: rolling hills, spacious greens and island tee boxes. There are several holes where you'll feel completely alone among nature's splendor with nothing to disrupt the lush, native flora and fauna. This course will bring out your best and provide the setting for a memorable golf experience.

Fun Track
Got it on a Hot Deal, well with the price we paid. Condition of the course was top notch.
Always a good test.
Having played the course a few times in the past few years allows you to know how to approach the holes but doesn’t guarantee success. Fairways and greens were in really good shape. Greens were quite speedy but rolled true.Finished in less than four hours. Saw the beverage cart twice during the round. Will try to play again the next time we are in the area.
Easily the best course we’ve played in the Sarasota/Bradenton/Venice area this year.
Challenging course
Played this course for the first time. All staff were very friendly. Course is narrow and challenging, and well maintained.
Great Course friendly safe
From the bag drop to the great lunch the course did not disappoint, Can't wait to play there again. Don't miss out on a greatly kept Country club.
Hot deal at Rosedale
Perfect day and played solo mid day. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Greens had been top dressed and were sandy and kind of skipped first hop. But this is the nature of October golf and the rest of the course and experience was perfect. I will be back soon!
Great layout
Great layout nice shape. The staff was amazing. I actually booked the wrong day and they switched it for mei instead of turning us away.

Pace of play is horrendous
Rosedale is hands down the worst golf experience I’ve had—six groups crawling across the course with tape measures on the greens for some league, running way behind schedule, and the starter had absolutely no guts to do anything about it. Instead of keeping play moving, he let the entire round turn into a five-hour slog. Nothing about this course is good enough to justify that kind of chaos—save yourself the frustration and play literally anywhere else.
