Empire Ranch Golf Club

Empire is one of my favorite places to play. It offered a great course under very good conditions. Only thing is our round took 5 hours and 30 minutes waiting every shot for groups in front of us. If it weren’t for this I would play here more often. Not sure if it’s tee times being stacked to close or not enough pace of play patrolling. There were 2 singles that kept bouncing around holes trying to find openings to fit into

The fact it rained as much as it did days before we played the course was in great shape. The greens rolled very true and overall it was a very pleasant round

Course is an excellent shape. But that should be expected at this time of year. The.exception is the bunkers, some bunkers have too much sand makes very difficult to pitch out of. Other bunkers are just a dirt hole in the ground. Pace of plate was horrible. Marshall made one attempt to speed it up, but it didn’t work.

The course was in terrible condition.

tee boxes were all being worked on. bunkers were unplayable except for a few. Greens had been punched recently and were rough at best. cafeteria closed at 3 that date and no cart for refreshments.

Good course, good condition, wide fairways, challenging fast greens, Bunker placement a little unfair for average players. Golf carts have annoying GPS feature. Restaurant was closed for unknown reasons. Friendly, informative staff.

Course is in good condition and the greens were good.

The bunkers were embarrassing.

Great course, amazingly well-manicured and green fairways, super fun and challenging, but your 1st tee check-in guy was a complete dick for no reason at my round at 1pm on Thursday, February 5th. So, that was less than enjoyable.

Along with Timber Creek Golf Course, Empire Ranch is the best manged courses in the area. Green are fast and very puttable.

Practice area very crowded. Course gets a lot of play and greens have a lot of divot marks. Course is nice but often very slow.

Piece of plate was horrible. Five hours for an afternoon round. Not a Marshall insight. Positive side, course was in good condition.

The golf course is laid out great! Lots of challenging holes and very fun to play. Rain, the cart person, was very friendly and provided excellent service. Will definitely be back!

It's in very good shape which is normal for this course. They micropunched all the greens several days back and that is still visible but barely an issue with putting.

The weird, not-normal things were a couple of ball cleaners that had no water or muddy water and the cart shut down in when we got about 80 yards out from the green on hole #11. Normally there are signs regarding that but on this day, they were not there. We backed the cart out and proceeded to par the hole.

Course has been in great shape most of summer. However a very heavy aerification yesterday made the greens completely unplayable. Some courses are good enough to put an alert on golf now or their own website, but neither was done here. Made for a lousy day of golf.
