Great course for the money, some challenging holes
If you spray your ball then this course isnt for you.Narrow tree lined fairways. Course is in good shape but the greens need a little work. Some of them have crab grass growing in them.The bunkers are nice with no rocks or pebbles.
First time playing
Fantastic golf course! Really enjoyed the layout and scenery of the course. It’s old school, but they keep it very nice.. I’ll be back for sure.
Long day
The course itself is in fairly good condition. Even the bunkers are in good shape, a rarity at golf courses so ce COVID. The greens were very fast.However, the pace of play was terrible. It took over 3 hours to play just 9 holes on a Thursday afternoon! There was no marshal to monitor pace of play. Our group skipped ahead a couple of holes in order to finish the round in a timely manner, thereby negating the ability to post a score for handicap purposes. Hopefully the pace of play we experienced is not normal for this course. I would like to try playing it again.
Charged for one person not showing ip
Had one of the foursome who did not show for our tee time due to the issue in Garden Grove and being evacuated. When I got how I found that I was charged $105 for him not showing. No one mentioned it at the course
Loved the layout, rough greens, really bad pace of play
Overall, I had a good time at this course. The course layout was pretty good with some fun holes, my only issues where the greens, which could’ve been a little bit better maintained, and the pace of play, which I ended up being out there for 5 hours.
Great challenging course
The course was great, pace of play was good, love the layout. If you want a good challenge, this course is it. Dealing with water, bunch of bunkers and a lot of trees.

Terrible heeens
Great course to play with a good layout. However, the greens are unbelievably fast. Hard to putt! It was incredibly difficult to read the greens due to the speed of them. We were barely touching the ball and they were rolling! Third time playing the course and definitely my last

course was in good shape, greens were fast. was windy at the higher points of the course which made it even a tougher test. will be playing again soon
Great value course
Fun course. Enjoyed the layout. Tee boxes and fairways in good shape. Minus a star for the current green conditions. They did their best rolling the greens with the mixed tuff at the moment.
