Oak Quarry Golf Club

They had a non-shotgun tourney on Saturday with the last group teeing off at noon!! Led to nearly 6 hours at 100 d temp! NO CART GIRL! You can’t claim to be the preeminent golf course in the IE and charge as much as you do and allow 5+ hour rounds. Garbage! The marshals just agreed and shrugged.

Absolutely love this golf course. my only complaint is the snack shop at the 11th hole closed at 2:30pm. It was a 90+-degree hot day, we were running short out of water, and was hoping to replenish at the snack shop. No snack carts on the course either which made it difficult. However, called the clubhouse, and they brought us Gatorades on the 13th fairway. Amazing service. Can't Thank the Oak Quarry staff enough.

are they ever going to open the range again? It’s been close to a year without a driving range. How on earth can someone ask to pay full price for a club that isn’t fully operational

The Positives: fairways, bunkers, and greens were in very good condition. Props to the greenskeepers for that.

The Negatives: tee boxes could have been in better condition, and the overgrown weeds directly in front of the signature 16th hole was a disappointment. People love to capture that shot with video or photo, but it's a lot less scenic with unmanaged landscaping blocking the view of the green.

After 10years I visited again and same course but little different layout. Excellent Fairway and green condition

Wish had more water drink station. It was hot day and was looking for water until I got to snack shop

Not sure what’s going on, but the range has been closed for quite a while.

Played Monday morning 848. Paid $120 which is pretty expensive for the area and they punched all the greens while we were on the course. No one in the pro shop or the starter let us know this was happening or offered us a discount. Won’t be going back

First time here, it was an amazing place to play. Great views and immaculate conditions.

Course was amazing; layout, condition, and away from houses. Pace of play was terrible though and no Marshall pushing the groups along. Many holes we had 3 groups on the tee box. Will definitely go back though.

Incredibly stunning course. Beautiful in every way, awesome topography with FAST greens that make the course that much harder. The difficulty of the hazards, long holes and fast greens with eat you alive. But man, it was an amazing time. Your weakness will show but take it as a lesson. Must play course!

This course is an experience and a great treat. Lots of variety and difficulty is perfect.

4 Handicap Review: Course was in great shape. Everything was mowed: tee boxes, fairways, approaches. They had some challenging rough they let grow. The greens are the only thing keeping this course from being a 5 star. I would say I had 2-3 putts that didn’t hold lines well from 5-10 feet I thought should have dropped. If you can play it for under $100 you can’t complain. 79 today.

Great find. This course is tucked away in a bit of the ghetto but once you’re at the course, it’s nothing but top notch . From the carts to the clubhouse, everything is in great condition. The course itself is amazing. Scenic in every way imaginable and a course that tested me. Rare is it that I need to use every club in the bag but I did here. Keep it on the fairway or risk a penalty. Greens are undulating and tough but roll pure. All in all, an amazing course that I look forward to playing repeatedly.

Course was in great shape. Brought a buddy who has never played here and he was amazed. Pace of play was really good as well.
