I very much enjoy the rebuilt course but 5 hour rounds are painful and completely unnecessary.

Great course and conditions, but not a $100 course. Solid $60-$70 course. I hope that management sees this.

Love the course. Staff has been consistently friendly and helpful.

My issue is the pace of play. In this round a 4-some held up 3 solo's (1 eventually joined a 2-some) and 2 additional 2-somes. When I mentioned it to the Ranger his only comment was, "well it happens". It shouldn't.

I'm happy that Broadmoor is doing so well. But you can't play a couple of the mornings due to groups, and afternoon play is becoming a 4+ hour round no matter how many are in your group, son and I played this round and it was 4 hours..

Broadmoor golf links is in outstanding shape at the moment. It’s a phenomenal golf course that promotes a variety of shot making.

Superb conditions, better than many of private courses in Asheville. Fast greens. Forced carries over water on a few holes. Fair but very challenging. Loved the planes coming into Asheville airport right over the course. Was wondering about paying greens fees so much higher than prior to renovations. But it was worth the price. Renovations turned a poorly conditioned course into one of the best courses in Asheville. Hope they can keep the conditions as pristine as it is now.

I had not been back to Broadmoor Links since Tropical Storm Helene and was delighted to see the condition of the course. It is much better conditioned than it had been prior to the storm. I only had time to play nine holes and saw no changes were made to the layout on the front nine but I understand a few holes on the back nine were re-designed. The issue I experienced was slow play. I was behind a foursome and though I was playing as a single and no one was in front of them, they did not invite me to play through. They have a great range!

The course design is amazing. The fairways seems forgiving but you must plan your next shot because of hazards and water. The greens are in great shape and challenging. The facilities and staff are top notch. I will play this course every time I visit Asheville.

Broadmoor has done an excellent job rebuilding. I have not used the driving range or large putting green/putt putt area but it looks amazing as well. And the fences on 11 have been installed so the green is protected.

The course: Everything is 5 stars, greens, fairways, tee boxes, even the cart paths. Multiple tee box options (5) provide choices for any skill level. Enjoy the round!

The crew at Broadmoor have teased out as much fun as I think you can have on the property. #1 green was struggling a little, but overall the greens and fairways are in incredible shape. Roll true and fairly quick. I find the layout a bit unexciting but for the right price I'll definitely come back for another round as it is pretty close to home. For my budget, their stock rates are way too high. I'd say the quality of the fairways and greens justify the cost but the layout is just good, not great. I left thinking how nice some of the more affordable courses in the area might be with the work they've put into these grounds. Can't have everything though, and I appreciate what they've done here after Helene!

Played early and got out before the heat kicked in. Challenging course for someone that cannot place shots as well as I’d like. Lots of water and sand.

Can’t wait to go back!
