Good Deal

Lots of GUR around greens, had a temporary green for one hole. Fairways were in the best shape I have ever seen them, still lots of weeds and crab grass in the rough.

The course is not only in great shape, but is in a position of great beauty with the mountains surrounding it. In particular, I love the fall, season courses, well-maintained, and also has a Great Club House with a terrific restaurant where you can finish the day with a great meal.

Rough around the greens

The layout is great, and the pace of play was good. My only issue is that the areas around the greens were very rough, a lot of dirt so evidently they are battling a disease or insects. Also, we played on Sunday, so there was no food available as the grill was closed. It was a very nice gentleman that greeted us and gave me some membership information, but the guy working behind the counter, clearly wanted to be somewhere else on this day. Not very friendly.
