Linville Land Harbor Golf Club

The staff is always friendly and helpful at this course. Course conditions are great plus the layout is challenging and fun. This is a beautiful mountain course. Currently the back 9 is closed while damage done by last year's hurricane is being repaired.

Enjoyed the course. Great condition. Unfortunately only 9 holes as 3 holes on the back suffered much damage from the hurricane. Lots of fun and we will definitely play it again after the back 9 opens up.

Front nine typical mountain coarse (Fair) back nine is very narrow, too tricked up, and very quirky.

Great Staff and course was in great condition. Definitely a shot-maker’s course as it isnt that long..

This course I guess it’s not for everyone the local play only the Front nine but I love the back nine I has a couple of power fours that are only 200 jars but poor are they tough outstanding greens outstanding conditions, beautiful layout

Overall the course is fun to play. Since it’s only 5000 yards from the back tee, don’t expect to be hitting many woods from the tee. The back nine feels like an afterthought with many sharp doglegs. Many of the back nine tee shots are limited to 150-120 yards. The 17th hole is something you will love or hate. With a short 120yard par 3 thats very elevated. I would go back again and play again knowing what I know about the course now.

The course is short and there is one bad hole par 3 straight up hill. However, the greens are some best I’ve putted on including private courses. Did not see a single ball mark. Once the dew dried up the greens were lightning fast. Fairways where plush and tee boxes cut short which was awesome. Played 3 1/2 on the weekend. The only negative is no driving range only nets. Back 9 no par 5’s. The other great part of it was 103 degrees in Charlotte it was 83 degrees up in mountains. Love it!

Nice golf course but not the longest especially the back 9 .

There were no par 5 ‘s and the par 4’s were short but you couldn’t just hit driver or long irons. And it was definitely tight on the back. A nice track and friendly staff and people. The only issue I had was the direction from golf now had me on the Blue Ridge Parkway, which was beautiful but not to the golf course….

What an awesome golf course. Well maintained. Greens were beautiful as was the surroundings. Very challenging with elevated greens. Will definitely play there again!

Champion course nicely maintained. Rolling hills with a few abnormal holes…Friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely return if in the area again.

What a fun golf course, especially for players who have lost distance of the tee. Requires a strategic style. Wedges are the most important club in the bag.
