Loved the pace of play
This is not the first time I've played Pascal. I always enjoy a round here. Yesterday, I played eighteen holes in 2 1/2 hours. This is not uncommon as most rounds are under three hours.
This is a true gem in the heart of Wake County.
Very nice small course
Excellent place to play from ,just learning , to pro. 9 hole course will test your short game and long game. Greens are just ok, but fun course to play.
pascal golf course
It is a nice course to get out and relax and hit a few balls. It beats going to the driving range
Fast, fun and moderately challenging for older nine hole course.
Course plays quickly and is well laid out for walking course. Greens are smaller but were in good condition considering being late fall.
Nice Course - The greens were great
Nice Course - The greens were great. I'll probably play at the course again. It had some nice up or down the hill type holes.
Great day of golf
Love this course I have been back to play more . people are very nice there .so if you want a nice course to play .go there
Robert
Very challenging course.
Greens could be in better condition, but over all very nice
for beginners
The deal for this course showed that it was 60% off. If in fact this course charged any more than I paid for the deal on Golfnow I would have been highly disappointed. The greens were very hairy, but then so are the fairways.
This course was filled with beginners, making the pace of play slow for the length of the course.
Its a very easy course and perfect for someone just learning to play. Its a disappointing course for a seasoned golfer. I have added it to my "do not play" course list.
Horrible condition
I'd hate to insult goat paths by calling this course a goat path. Long "grass" that mostly weeds. The "fairways" are like the rough at any other golf course. Greens that are slower than 70's shag carpet. It's actually a decent layout but they obviously have zero budget to work with. I won't be returning.
cheap golf
greens were a mess. as slow as putting on a fairway. the fairways and tees were all crabgrass. I paid $10. It was cheap golf. enough said
The layout could be entertaining if the conditIons were better
Great course...for the money
Arnolfd Palmer learned to play on this course. Will play again
Awesome beginners course
Established in 1917, the course has never really been modernized. But all the things that make the course "outdated" also make it a great place for beginners to learn the game. It's short (designed as a walking course), there isn't a lot of water, no marshals putting pressure on you to hurry up, and the elevation changes give you some challenging uphill and downhill shots (for a beginner).
There aren't any amenities to speak of, but you do get to say you've played Arnold Palmer's college course.
