Love it!
For the time of year and the recent very cold weather the course was in phenomenal shape! A good challenge for me from the blues. I be back for sure!!!
Winter Sunday, Good value course
Good experience with a four man scramble with my brothers and a friend. Challenging course, not super forgiving on several holes outside of the fairway with lots of woods. A long course with several par 5’s and some considerably long par 3’s (one notable 200 yard par 3 from the second tee box). This course was good for me as a 12-15 handicap; my brothers are less experienced and probably lost a ball on most holes in the woods, so maybe a little too challenging for novice golfers. We had a good time though. Course was in good shape for winter, with decent tee boxed and greens. Great bunkers, raked recently. We didn’t have time to use the range, but it looked great. views on several holes are great, and I’m sure much better in Spring or mid-fall. Hole 9 is the shortest hole by far, maybe 115 yards from the second tees over a fountain pond, a pretty downhill approach with a good chance at landing it close. Would come back some time. Customer service was fine.
Hilly Bella Vista Gem
Second time playing here this year. Very friendly and helpful staff and Marshalls. Busy day on the course so pace was about average, but to be expected on such a gorgeous day.
This course has it all. Lots of hills, tree lined fairways, elevated tee boxes, elevated greens, some flat runs, some blind dogleg shots, T shots over water. Awesome!
Course was in excellent shape. Greens are fast and challenging and pins were in some tough spots today.
This was day 1 of a 3 day golf excursion.. (Highlands, Country Club and Dogwood)
Highlands has an awesome practice range, chipping green with sand trap and separate putting green. Carts are excellent and clean..
Will be back here again.

Perfect for all levels of golf. Offers scoring opportunities while also testing your accuracy!
Great course nice staff
Course was beautiful. Lots of long fairways in between trees and a few fun par 3s. Staff was great and the bartender was great as well. Would recommend highly to anyone who wants to play at a nice course.
Slowest Pace of Play in NWA
I have played twice now at Highlands. 5somes are allowed after 11 and with a lack of Marshall’s on the course, play is super slow. First round was 5 hours 45 minutes due to slow play. Today I tried again, front nine was played at 2 hours 50 minutes. I did not stay to complete my round.
Challenge
Tight course. Lots of trees in play. A challenge no matter what box you tee it up from. Enjoy this course, some of the best value around NWA
What a great day!
The course has obviously had a lot of resin but still played great. The layout was very tough but fair. The staff was super friendly and we joined another twosome who were great to play with. Great Vslue!
Nice course
Not a course for beginners, definetly challenging. Great amenities, driving range, chipping area, and putting green. Brand new carts at this course.
