Definitely Highlands
Great service and the course was in great condition with nice fairways and soft greens. Note to golfers- fix
your marks on the greens so they stay in great shape for the rest of us.
Very tight, and very rewarding!
Can't miss by much, but the layout and conditions were very good! Loved the layout and elevation changes.
Just excellent
This course had a friendly staff, a great layout with tight fairways and dramatic elevation changes, and pure greens. Quite a few different looking shots, great par 3s, and holes where you could score with a solid drive.
Definitely recommend.
Rude grounds crew!
Don’t go early or your going to be scolded and slowed down by the grounds crew and they WILL NOT stop mowing so you can hit and play through!
Fun course
Grass dead in areas on each hole, but it generally felt good to hit off the fairways. Tee boxes in good shape. Nice electric carts. Friendly staff.
Nice surprise
While I'm not a big fan of the membership options at the Bella Vista community, this course was a nice surprise I rather enjoyed it. Golf in the Fayetteville area is most frustrating. You either have unkept courses that have a decent cost or well-kept courses that are out of the cost range for the average person. At least the Bella Vista courses offer some deals on golf now, which is my only remaining option at the moment.
I liked the layout, lots of elevation changes, the fairways feel tight but are actually generous and open. The topography is very nice and the course is fair.
Wet day
The course was wet, which was to be expected but the pace of play was very poor. I've played here before when the weather was nice on a Saturday with lots of people out and didn't have the jam ups like on the front side today. Played the back 9 twice to avoid that, really the back 9 is so-so like an average public layout.
I'd recommend the course, but only if you play the from t 9 as well. It's not worth $50 to play the back 9 twice.
