About
The public, 18-hole golf course at Brigantine Golf Links is not only beautiful scenery and a great game it is also a National Audubon Sanctuary. Its layout has roots in Scottish golfing tradition. The golf course utilizes the natural environment featuring a softly rolling terrain and marshes as well as gorgeous bay views.
Like traditional Scottish Links courses, Brigantine is marked by nearly tree-less greens and the type of shot to take often depends on the wind. There are powerful sea breezes that affect the shots and bunkers that make for an interesting game. The smooth, rolling greens encourage a bump-and-run strategy. The scenic course's location close to the Atlantic City boardwalk and the challenging, but fun game it offers make it popular among tourists and locals of all skill levels.

Course played very good
The greens were on point. The fairways weren’t so green in-spots but overall it was in great shape

No staff to speak of
Played with my 2 sons and enjoyed the front 9. The entire coarse is feeling the affects of the heat wave we had … dry fairways and very inconsistent greens and this was expected.
The back 9 was a complete disappointment! A foursome jumped in front of us just as we were coming off the 9th hole and played extremely slow. Played the front in 2 hours and the back in 3, having to wait on every hole. Not one ranger on the coarse all day and when I went to discuss this with the starter they were not to be found. What I came to conclude is that the people that jumped in front of us were people that worked at the coarse. I can safely assume this because they all went into the cart shed after they finished and didn’t come back out.
Great perk of working at a coarse is to be able to play it. But not at the cost of paying customers. Very disappointed in the entire coarse crew for letting this happen.

No Bathrooms
Greens were-Meh! Course was - Meh! For the price point you’d think there would be at least 1 porta potty. Nope! This course is bustled in a highly populated residential area with no restrooms.

Solid course, needs better turf management
Overall, playing at Brigantine was enjoyable. The course was fairly challenging and the staff was welcoming. I will definitely be returning.
It’s tough to justify the greens fees cost without any “Hot Deal” times though as the course is at best in fair condition. Further, numerous holes had sprinklers running as my group chipped onto the green. For one hole we couldn’t even putt since the hole was filled to the brim with water. Many of the fairways had diseased or dead grass as well — so overall, increased pride in turf management would do wonders and easily boost my rating.

Nice course, relaxing Friday round w clients
This is a Scottish style links. The starter was friendly and offered a few tips before we teed off. It was pretty Flat, which provided a lot of extra roll off the tees. Nice Open and Wide fairways. Overall Nice layout. A couple of challenging par 3’s. Pretty good conditions in general. Tee boxes need a little love. There was an Ocean ( and/or) bay breeze which made it very comfortable to play and added a little challenge on certain holes. The Greens were in nice shape and rolled true. Lots of bump and run opportunities. Personally, I had a great round for scoring, which means I’ll be back soon! It’s Not too expensive, which is always a nice bonus. Good rate of play. B+

Course is in great shape
Had to fight off the green heads on the first nine but the course is in good shape overall. The greens are well maintained and are not slow. I would suggest stop watering on the front 9 because one of our foursome plugged on a shot. Beyond that it was a great day for golf. Keep up the good work

Due to an unforeseen circumstance, I needed to cancel my tee time today. Gabe worked with me although it was outside their policy cancellation. For that reason, I will only play Brigantine upon going to Atlantic City.
