The greens???? They were legitimately the worst greens I’ve played on in the last 20 years. Diseased, extremely bumpy and super inconsistent. Terrible experience, complete waste of money.

$48 for a group of 12 on Thursday morning? $35 for a replay.

A beautiful course and challenging layout with great views soured by the worst conditions of any course on earth. When I shut my eyes at night and think about the under world I am instantly transported to the greens at Legend Lake. For all who have had the misfortune of playing this track there should be a prize of throwing tomatoes at the owners. Their pure disdain for their customers is impressive. Such an appalling excuse for a course all due to conditions and mismanagement. 1/1000 would recommend to my worst enemy - maybe.

Beautiful layout and tough course that is in the worst condition of any place I’ve ever played. It is appalling and a disgrace. The owners should be placed on a stage and everyone who has had the misfortune of paying to play at this course should be able to throw tomatoes at them. 1 star out of 1000.

Sad really - this course has such amazing potential. Totally unrealized potential. I played 9/4/2023 and the course was in AWFUL shape. Greens are badly diseased, the rough is so long and thick it’s almost funny, the tee boxes and badly damaged and even the fairways are mostly in bad shape. Club house is barley passable. Oh - the fun part is you have to cross a main road twice where cars are buzzing at 45 MPH with no sign warning drivers that golf carts are crossing.

Overall for the price of admission you could buy play at dozens of far better courses in NE Ohio.

I called prior to the round, to ask, how are the course conditions? Specifically the greens. Guy on the phone says everything is good and the greens are good. That was a total lie. Given the round was less than $20 with a hot deal, but I would’ve rather played somewhere else because conditions were honestly unmanageable and led to a much higher score solely on the greens alone.

Glad I didn’t spend a lot on this place, it used to be nice place to enjoy a round of golf. Not sure where to begin but greens were like putting through local street that has pot holes. Fairways had burned up spots all over, sand traps 90% of them were ground under repair. I am not sure if this place stopped caring but it’s a shame what has happened.

Very poor conditions. Greens are almost unplayable. Rough is in terrible shape, plenty of better courses than this one.

Greens were all diseased and had lots of bare dirt spots. Cart paths are awful and need to be repaired. Layout is good and this used to be a fantastic course. That’s not the case anymore.

I don’t generally leave reviews. But this course is WAY overpriced. Greens appear to have a fungus problem and are really terrible. It’s an uninteresting flat course. Our cart barely had power and there were numerous abandoned carts along the 9 holes we played. Many nicer cheaper courses in the area.

Don’t spend a penny here. They been letting it go and are going to close the course.

I’m gonna start from the beginning. When we checked in I asked where the rest room was and I was told there are 1000 trees outside. The staff was pretty rude except for the girl behind the bar. Conditions were bad to be nice! A lot of dead grass and uneven fairways the putting greens were very beat up and almost impossible to putt on. We’re we’re asked 3 times to pick up the pace & then they made us let a group of 6 older gentleman in front of us and then we were held up for the rest of the holes. It was supposed to be a good day with me and my son some time to hang out and enjoy ourselves we both ended up having the worse golfing experience either of us have ever had. If I could give a negative star review I would! There were no visual maps of the holes. Most of the ball washers were broken or had no water in them. Flat out bad experience

Greens were spotted and uneven and weeds are growing in many traps. It looks like they are gradually filling them in.
