nice little course , great price, a straightforward course with few places to get in trouble

This course is very open. A couple of doglegs you must be accurate. The greens are quick and true. Play was very fast.

This is a good course especially for beginners as it is fairly open especially on the back 9. This course is one that I began playing on a few years ago and gives a nice value. The new ownership has taken over this year and it has definitely seen a boost in appearance and pretty much everything from the course to the clubhouse. I hope the new ownership continues to try to improve the quality as much as possible making it an even better course.

For the cost it was a great value. A friendly staff and quick rate of play made for an enjoyable round of golf.

Overall, an enjoyable day at the course. Staff was great, value for the money was great. The course was adequately maintained and would go back again.

I took my grandson out on this course. It was his first time on a course with 18 holes. (He played a lot at a local 9 hole course in Cleveland.) He [we] loved the fact that we did not lose one ball.

Wife and I enjoyed our round at Pheasant Run. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly.

The course appears to be right in front of you but beware of the hazards that can easily eat into your game. Water hazards are below ground level and can grab a ball. The later holes on the front nine are tree lined and tight. Errant shots = lost balls!

Overall a nice place to play, a pretty good challenge and decent play means a good score..

Excellent pace of play. While fairly open, just enough trees and water to challenge average golfer.

Did not use food/beverage. A beautiful Friday and there wasn't even 20 cars in the parking lot. Flew around in just over 3 hours! Had a good price on a Hot Deal. Very friendly staff! Overall course conditions are below average, mainly the fairways. Greens have some thatch, relatively slow, but pretty smooth and actually roll nicely...not many ball marks either! Looked like holes on front 9 had not been changed in several days. Tee boxes are cut nicely, lots of clover in rough. But all in all a very fun and easy course. Very playable even for a beginner, and a great confidence booster for a good player. Not many trees with the exception of 7, 8, and 18 in which case you need to keep the driver in the bag. Very flat course, making gauging distance difficult; gps or range finder is a must. A few "hidden" lakes but none that come in play for the better player. Much larger greens on the back 9. Nice set of par 3's and the par 5's aren't pushover birdies. Overall it's a fun time, just wish the fairways were better quality.

Great course layout with exceptional greens. A great place to go to improve drinking and chipping. Pace was excellent and was an terrific value

Greens were best around. Haven't played in a while but will definitely be back. Great course for the money.

The staff is friendly. Playing around 8:00 would probably be the best time because of grass cutting and the completion of green cleaning. Played early greens still covered with due making it little more challenging. Greens are in excellent shape.

This place is a secluded gem. Would not expect to find a golf course there. It is in a village so you may not think it is public course. No good signs from road so unless you know it is there you would not just travel by and see. Friendly staff. Challenging course. Front is shorter. Back is long and wide. The ball ran like crazy on the back. The greens were slow and not show.much break. They looked in good condition but just not break like you would expect. For the money this is a great value. Since secured it is not packed so you can enjoy. I highly recommend it.

Tees and greens in excellent shape. Fairways okay. Very friendly staff. Some easy holes, some tricky holes for a first-time player.
