About
Brown's Run Country Club in Middletown offers a championship layout that stretches to just over 6,830 yards. The team of William and Brian Gordon, brothers who have designed more than 85 golf courses all over the U.S., designed Brown's Run in 1958. It has a classic layout that is gentle enough for beginners, but it is an enjoyable round no matter what skill level. There are a few strategically placed sand traps throughout the golf course, which make up for the absence of water. The design is pretty straightforward although there are a few slight doglegs to watch out for. In addition to the challenging but playable design, the course boasts some of the finest fairways and greens in the area. Brown's Run also offers other amenities including an Olympic-size pool and four lighted tennis courts.

Great course
Amazing pace of play, every time I’ve played here there are not many on the course and it is very relaxed. Course is in great condition and is challenging but fair.
Great value course
Course was in very good shape. The staff was beyond nice and attentive. Played on a Sunday afternoon and never had to wait for a hole to clear. Just enough difficulty to make the round interesting but not frustrating.
Browns Run
Course was in really good condition. The Hot Deal made this a very good value .
Nice course with not much food and beverage.
Not much to eat at the turn, no beverage cart. Other than that, it’s a nice course in good shape.
Great experience
Couldn’t be happier with the round. Several thunderstorms passed through the area overnight. I was expecting CPO to be enforced with my 8:00 tee time. To my surprise carts were allowed off the path. Course was in great shape in spite of the all the rain. Pace of play was excellent. We completed our round in about three hours and forty five minutes. Staff is always super friendly.
Golf cart policy Is ridiculous
I would have enjoyed my round a lot more if I had not been chastised about not dropping my clubs at the club drop off. The fact that an employee can drive me to my car and I can't take a cart out to my car is the most ridiculous rule on the planet. If I'm capable of driving your cart on the course I think I can make it to my car and back. By the way this is the first time in the I don't know how many times I've played here that I was not able to drive the cart to my car. Might want to review this course policy as I won't be back because of it.
Very nice
The course has a great layout with many challenges. Staff is friendly. Would definitely play again.
