Would have been great! BUT…….
Rain and Lightning! No amount of rain gear was going to help today!
First time I played this course and it was fun and quick to get around. I went 27 holes in less than 3 hours and I had a hole in one on 14th hole, only 112 yard wedge shot but it was fun. Greens were shaggy but soft so you can throw a shot at the pin.
Great course for inexperienced
Took my 12 year old grandson to play today. Very enjoyable. Would like to see some specials, or lower prices for this type course.
This place is exclusively for beginners... do not come here if you know how to play golf . Literally 5 groups deep and people where hitting three balls off the tee.
Very good for rehab
This was my first 18 after my heart attack and not only did the staff and course welcome, I actually surprised myself. Found Knights Play (1-9) (19-27) challenging and forgiving. Thanks again to the staff for helping me get ready for the BIG boys
Nice for a par 3. You are limited because you have to keep things within three shots but they did an amazing job with the place. Carts and cart path are in good shape. Need online booking. Very long wait with no idea what to expect. Also very crowded in weekends but night golf is pretty awesome.well maintained also for a par 3. Wish it was a little cheaper. On weekends with a cart, it's about the same price as a real course. However, in the area it's fair since there is no par 3 near here.
Very Nice Practice and Short Game Facility
My youngest has been in some golf programs at this course so I decided to give it a try. The staff here is wonderful and I had experience with them prior to playing due to the kids golf programs that are based here. The grill has good reasonably priced burgers and sandwiches. No draft beer but a good variety of cans is available. You can play during a weekday for a around a buck a hole (a little more or less depending on cart use and how many holes), which is a great bargain. Greens are nice and they have a nice driving range. The only negatives are slow play due to lots of families on the course (though if you want to play with your family this is probably a plus), and the course is mostly open fields, so there is not much shade in the summer and there is some road noise to deal with. I haven't played holes 19-27, but based on seeing that part from the range and the scorecard map, I would guess it's a little more secluded. And you can play here at night, though the rates are higher. Finally, there is a porch around the clubhouse with rocking chairs. This makes a great place to sit and have a drink, or to converse before or after a round.
