Golf Day
Course played tough from the tips, but it was a welcomed challenge. Need more to drink and eat early. Nothing in club house ,losing money. Enjoyed my round.
Great condition
Course is in great condition, layout is fair and if you are hitting it well you can score well.
Great Track!
Fun course with a wide variety of holes. Course conditions are always great for the price. Highly recommend
Miscommunication
Booked a tee time through golf now for 11:04 am for 18 holes and when I got to the course we had to have the carts back by 1 pm. So we could only do 9 holes.
Golf Pro Brett Hung up on me
If you don't mind giving your hard earned money to a race track that treats customers poorly, then by all means enjoy
Amateur
Range End is a beautiful little public course. Not the longest, but par 5s are difficult to hit in 2 (I hit it longer than average) and a few par 3’s are a nice look from the blues. Greens roll very nice for a public course. I play here frequently as a result.
Nice end of season surprise!
I hadn't played this course but heard good things about it. Played a hot deal round with a friend and was paired with 2 great guys. One of the best rounds I played all year. Conditions on course were great.
Course was in superb condition.
One of the most manicured courses I’ve played in a long time.
Excellent course for the money
Course was in very good shape for late September, especially the greens. They ran fast and true. Bunkers were also good. Some of the tee boxes had been aerated, but that is expected this time of year. Par fives are relatively short, and many of the par 4s were driver - short iron or wedge. Pro shop staff was friendly, and restaurant had good food specials and a decent selection of craft beer. Easy to recommend this course.
3 groups stacked up on 16, no ranger, I quit. Bugs were unbearable
the end
Range End is a great place to play. Well maintained and well run.
Great for the price
Grass was in great shape. The rough was cut low enough to see the top of your ball from 10 feet away, but still a challenge to hit hit out of. The greens were in great shape The speed and brake stayed consistent
Range End Country Club
First time playing. Tees, fairways and bunkers were in great shape. Greens were soft and somewhat slow and bumpy due to overnight and other recent rain. Rough was very long - could not find ball unless directly over it. That said, the rough was playable and not as difficult as Bermuda rough of similar length. Fairways were an appropriate width for length of holes. Played on a busy Sunday afternoon but still finished in slightly less than four hours. Overall, a very sporty and fun course. Would definitely play again.
