Place needs a lot of work. Realize it’s a municipal course, but I’ve seen this place in much better shape over the years. Should have been charging $40 tops with how terrible the greens were. Wasn’t even just that they had aerated recently, greens just looked awful. Tee boxes are pretty poor as well. To not offer any sort of discount when you aerate your greens, but ESPECIALLY when they look this bad is just asinine. Basically $60 for this place is a joke, you can get far more bang for your buck at courses outside the city.

I’ve played this course a lot the past few years since moving to Charlotte. This is as expensive as it’s ever been to play. Unfortunately, it is also in the worst shape I have ever seen it. The greens were recently aerated, but they are also almost completely dead. Tee boxes were uneven and missing grass in spots. I understand with the the weather recently it’s hard to maintain these areas, but the price to play the course should refelect this.

I hope it's not long but they still have a long ways to go in order to get this golf course into shape. Greens are atrocious!

I can not believe the price they have for this place with greens rolling like you are at an amusement park. Some are so hard that your ball flies off the green. The course layout is the best thing here.

Fair value. They gave a warning about the greens which were being replaced soon. Pace of play was kinda bad due to amateur group ahead playing from blues. Will return once everything is done.

Overpriced for a muni track. Unfortunately golf is so popular in Charlotte, there aren’t many fairly priced course options. Spring 2025 greens are in very poor condition. It would be a $20 course anywhere else

Course is improving slowly based on past reviews. Greens are quite good and didn't break but little bit. There's a lot of variety in the holes also. Green layouts vary somewhat also.

Conveniently located within city limits with a short driving distance, this course has a lot of potential. The staff is professional, friendly, and provides excellent service. However, the course itself is in rough shape—poorly maintained fairways, patchy greens, and overall neglect take away from the experience. With some serious upkeep, this could be a fantastic spot for golfers.

The course was alright overall however having the cart path only rule certainly slowed the pace of play. The pathways are pretty beat up with broken concrete in numerous spots which certainly could use some maintenance.

Course itself was in great condition, especially for mid November! Read past reviews about the cart path conditions which is my only negative here but it was clear that a majority of the path was currently being fixed. Regardless of cart path conditions, great experience here, friendly staff and we never caught up to anyone or had anyone on our tails. Will definitely be back!

They had the 7th hole closed, only played 17 holes. They are rebuilding the bunkers and almost everyone was close to play. They never mentioned anything when I checked in before play.

Only got to play 17 holes and the bunkers weren't in play. Not a real round of golf.

The course is in great shape. The greens are some of the best I’ve played in the area. The back nine is more challenging than the front. The only reason I didn’t rate this course higher is due to the cart paths are in bad shape, but I will definitely keep it on my regular rotation.
