What a great course. Greens are in excellent shape and roll true. The course is great for all skill levels based on the different tee boxes

I would become a member if I did live so far away.

We Always enjoy playing at Brookstone, the greens and fairways are well kept , cart paths are in decent shape, the staff is friendly, Overall solid course.

I try to play this course every time I find myself driving north on I-85 from Atlanta. It’s a fun layout with a good variety of holes and conditions have improved after a new ownership group took over s few years ago.

Greens were very fast and in good condition, decent layout and this course requires precision shots. Enjoyed it,

I was blown away with the visual of this place. The defintion of the fairways and tee boxs was breathtaking. The staff was great Mr. Les made me feel like I was a part of the family. Tough course but very fun at the same time. I have not play truer rolling greens in a very long time. For the money you have to come play this course. And the food was fast and affordable at the turn. CAN i just say that Palmetto CheeseBuger and fresh cut fries after we got done is the best burger i have ever had. Hannah was an amzing server. The new owner has a great managment team there are not enough stars!!

First couple times playing here through Golfnow I left glowing reviews. Not today. Had a 7 am tee time. Guy in pro shop charged cart fee AGAIN even AFTER showing him the receipt on my phone and showing him where it CLEARLY stated on Golfnow page it was already paid for cart. He said it did not charge the cart fee. I showed him AGAIN of what I owed. He charged 35 dollars MORE that the receipt said. He said I just wanted to ARGUE after he was shown to be incorrect. He just said to come back in after 9 or 18 to discuss with someone else. After 18 ANOTHER guy DID give the 35 back but it should have NEVER got to that point. He is a small SAD example of the perception of the first face someone sees at your club. Second issue - we had a couple holes left to play when the seniors had a shotgun start that NO ONE told us about. It was 10 o’clock only 3 hours into the round . Several of of them groups going by asked what we were doing playing when they had a tournament ? One group did offer to let us in after they had hit of course but the group behind them started complaining. Like I said the first two times here everything and everyone was fine really great. The first guy behind the counter today CLEARLY was in error or incompetent for the cart fee charge. Then telling me I was wrong and I just wanted to argue. Then not telling us about the 10 o’clock shotgun was another mistake. I really enjoyed the first couple times there . I fully expect a comment back from the manager or management but everything I’ve stated here is 100 % accurate and there is no excuse for the first guy behind the counters actions period. For the record I work at another golf course and have been shown how to treat people when they are spending money there. Nice course but watch what they charge and check when the seniors go out. Other that that you will enjoy it there.

Nice course. Good condition for the most part. Some of the greens are patchy but still roll decent.

This is a really fun course that requires well placed shots. Course is in great shape and wellaintained.

Fun course. Great staff! Fast greens. I’m from Atlanta area and I visit Anderson often. I will be back for some revenge—thus the course beat me up today but no fault but my own!
