Par Three at Windy Hill Golf Course

This course had been improving on a regular basis but what made this course so great was the atmosphere that was created by staff! Although Nicole is still awesome, It seems that some staff under her have become ultra sensitive!! I also did not appreciate being told by the "marshall" that we needed to pick up the pace!! We spoke to the people behind us about it and they said they had no complaints probably because they never had to wait on any hole!!! Surprise Surprise.. ..the complaint came from the clubhouse!!!!

They had no starter and people just teeing off when they want to. We had people breathing down our necks. This is not the first time we experienced this at this course. We went back to complain and get a rain check and they refused and made us feel like we were at fault. They treated my wife terribly.

Windy Hill is certainly a fun to play. Narrow fairways and greens were punched but are coming back quickly!

The course itself for a par 3 is in pretty good shape. I called for a Wednesday tee time on Monday. We wanted to play as a foursome but Golf Now wouldn't let me the fourth player sign up (it only allowed three players, a computer glitch I guess.) I tried once again and instead of placing me in the Wednesday spot as requested it for some reason placed me in the Tuesday spot (next day) and charged me. I couldn't get a refund being less that 24 hours.That stinks, but I figured if I explained Golf Now's screw up to management (they already now had my money) then they would let me play. No such luck.The lady pulled up Tuesday and verified what I told her and then said it is Golf Now's problem not theirs and if I wanted to play I would have to pony up the full amount (more than what Golf Now charges.) I told her that Golf Now has a 24 hour restriction of cancellations. She simply repeated if I wanted to play it would be $15.00 so it cost me twice as much to play 9 holes. In the end they made more money that week then what they should have, but I guess in their minds, THE ENDS JUSTIFIES THE MEANS..

12/25/2021 look onGF AN WINDY HILL HAD ALL SORTS OF TEETIMES ALL DAY! I book for around 2 Christmas Day! To not only find out 1) they were not open for the day it was a mistake. Didn’t get this call till I’m on my way to the course. When a employee called an gave me the heads up. Was told then on phone call that he would let his boss’s know an contact Golf Now! It’s Feb 2nd an still says I’m late for these payments. Which now has restricted me access to 280$ of my own money cause people don’t do their jobs correctly ..

Nice lake course with a little bit of everything on 9 holes. Great for a quick game!

Great service and the lake course has something for everyone.

From the time we got to the course to the time we left, we had nothing but fun! This course would be amazing if it were 18 holes but with all of the extra amenities like miniature golf and go karting, made it worth the 45 minute trip!

Nice nine hole course, has a little bit of everything for a quick outing

This is a fun and quick course to play. Tee off at 9am and be back home around noon. The staff was friendly. The course itself is pretty good. My only complaint is how easy it is to lose balls. They should cut the rough just a little shorter. If you're just 1 foot off the fairway on your drive you will spend longer than normal hunting for your ball. Other than that, cool course. Enjoyed it!

Staff is fantastic. Just like most public courses in the area Windy Hill has been overplayed. You can’t control people not repairing divots. Tee boxes need some work but the fairways are in pretty good shape. It was a good practice round.

The greens had obviously been aerated and nothing was posted about it or I would have chosen another course. Price was not reduced. The ball bounced around on the greens like a monster truck at a rally. Hard to judge speed or line. I’ve played the course a few times before and it’s been pretty good. Today was not!
