Great Course - No Food
First time playing Ottawa Park course was wonderful greens are great cool old school layout. It a bit short but still offers enough of a challenge.
The clubhouse let a lot to be desired. I couldn't but golf balls because they didn't have any stock of anything. The concession stand wasn't able to even serve a hot dog and ran out of miller lite. Girl behind the counter was nice but said that they have been out of hot dogs for 'a while'.
...I'm shocked at how the clubhouse could be so bare of things to buy.
Terrible pace of play
I went as a single and they allowed a 8 person group go together that wasn't letting anyone through along with the group of 4 that were behind them. I skipped 3 holes to get back on track and ahead of them and then ran into another group of 3 older gentlemen that wouldn't let me pass even when I was waiting on them.

Ottawa Park Golf Course
The conditions were a little wet buy surprisingly, none of the holes were washed out. I really appreciate the rough being trimmed so I could find my ball if it wasn't in the fairway.
Good short course
I like to play Ottawa Here and there, because even if you aren’t a long distance hitter, you still have plenty of opportunities to hit greens in regulation. (Even on a wayward shot)
The only downside with my latest experience is that if you don’t play the course somewhat regularly, you’re kind of wondering which way the next tee box is. It’s pretty terribly marked and there are some spots where the cart path goes 3 different ways. Lol Even a few cheap laminated staked signs would be a solid addition in my opinion.

WAS VERY DRY , FAST TODAY , STEP DOWN A CLUB. OVER DROVE AND BALLS RAN THRU GREENS.

Play the blues, it’ll still be short but a fun course
Ultimate City-Ran Public Course
First off, if it is your first time going to the golf course, do not put it in Apple Maps because it will not take you near the course. For students, they have a great deal which is $25 for 8 holes which is all the good there really is to say about the course.
You can tell it is a public course ran by the city because it is poorly maintained. If your drives are off the fairways, good luck getting a good lie. Weeds everywhere and the ground is extremely hard. Same goes for the tee boxes, as you have to put the tee in the ground with great force. Greens are decent speed but are not taken care of. Occasionally, locals will wander the course.
Much better courses in the area for the same price.
