The homestead course
our round of golf was cancelled less than 24 hours due to vivid. I called the course and they were open . I asked about Gn and seems there's been a business cross up. We had reserved rooms and had to cancel. Enough is enough of this sloppy dealings with golf Now. Since the take over of tee off service has gone down hill. Prices have jumped in the 24019 area and timesare crappy. I'ma VIP now for years now and am feed up with you. Please do better. Your Hot Deal's are more than the walk on rates. Help me to stay with golf Now thxb
Love this course
Course in great shape. Greens had been recently punched but didn't affect role. I really like this course - if I didn't live 50 miles away, I would probably join this club. I still try to get up and play it a few times every year.

Blue Hills
Blue Hills is an excellent golf course. We chose to go out in the light rain that got heavier and lighter through the round. That part we could manage.
At the 4th hole 2 3-somes joined and played as 6. These idiots were more interested in a beer than playing golf. Got jammed behind them until we had enough (9th hole) and finally called the clubhouse. They responded immediately and came out and broke them up.
I gave the course a 4 for condition because the greens are getting beat to heck. No one seems to know how to fix a divot.
Both of those items are really PLAYER issues that the course just can't keep up with. Still this is a course you should add to your play list.

It is important the staff honor booked tee times as close as possible.
I've highly recommend BH to friends and business partners. As a result of the course and staff. Keep up the good work.
A+ track
Great track to play, definitely a heavily played course, pace of play coukd be better. Rough is rough, fairways are premium. Super soft greens that roll very true.
Best Boterourt value
Blue Hills is the best course in the best condition of all public courses in the Roanoke Valley this summer. No complaints whatsoever.
